Love it!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got my new shark rotary lift away to replace an older self powered bagged vacuum. I was reluctant to give up the old one because I’m a senior with bad shoulders and knees. Although its older and very heavy, it is self propelled and I can’t find anything like it anymore. I’m unable to push and pull a vacuum without that self propelled feature. I thought most of the cordless or new vacuums just didn’t clean as well since they are light weight. The shark was very easy and intuitive to snap together. I was able to get it operating very quickly. It is a bit heavy, but nothing like my old vac and it has a pleasing appearance. It does seem to be very tall but that is because of the lift away aspect. Mine came with two attachments, the crevice and an upholstery brush. I do miss the ability to have the attachments on the vacuum. The cord is quite long, close to 24 feet, I think. There are height adjustment, two for carpet and one for tile or hardwoods that disengages the rotor. (Beater bar). The adjustments are clearly marked and placed in easy reach. The vacuum easily transitions from carpet to tile floor and went easily to my floor rugs to tile. One really light weight rug did get sucked up but I should have picked it up, just too lazy to bend over, plus it hurts. Talking about suction, I thought my old vac cleaned well. I was embarrassingly wrong. I had NO idea how dirty my carpet was until I ran this Shark over my bedroom carpet. I could not believe the dirt and dust. I actually had to empty the canister but hopefully next cleaning it won’t be so bad. Emptying the canister was easy but I did have to fumble with it to get the “hang” of it. The same is true when using the crevice hose attachment and the lift away. It is easy once you get accustomed to it. This vacuum is easy for me, even with my health challenges, certainly I don’t need to worry about the self propelled aspect since I’m able to propel it on my own. The old one will be going to the thrift store.

Powerful suction and user friendly
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. With several kids running around our home, this Shark Vacuum is fantastic! Disclaimer: I received this Shark Deluxe vacuum at no cost in exchange for an honest review. It is easy to move and handle because it feels lightweight. Pros: It is easy to clean and maintain. If the brushroll gets clogged with hair, it's easy to remove. The canister is easy to clean and wipe out. It clicks back in after cleaning. I like the three different settings. Thick carpet, low pile and hard floor. It's much easier to vacuum on hard floor vs getting the broom out and doing double duty. I like how you can control the floor setting from the handle if you are going back and forth on carpet and hard floor. It makes cleaning different styles of floors seamless. I like that the brush roller does have an indicator if something needs to be removed or it's clogged. Vacuuming our carpeted stairs is easier now that I can use the lift away and hold it in one hand. Not new to Shark but still great. Comes with multiple attachments. Pet multi tool for cleaning couches etc. Slim tool for those hard to reach places. This shark vacuum has a relatively large canister. Cons It's a little heavier than other Shark models I've had, but still relatively light. I would definitely recommend this Shark Rotator lift away upright vacuum for its ease of use and known reliability!

Best. Vacuum. Ever.
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was pleasantly surprised at how well this Shark vacuum works. It was super easy to assemble, this has to be the quietest vacuum I have ever seen! I will say it is a little heavy though. The lift-away is amazing! The swivel technology is amazing! Oh, can't forget to mention the LED lighting does help find those little particles of dust! This is a must have, hands down.

Outstanding
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Typical for the Shark brand, another great product We have an automated/scheduled Shark vacuum for upstairs, and when it was time to buy a new one for downstairs, we stuck with the same brand 1) Shark makes a features rich, quality product at a great price point 2) This vacuum works exceptionally well, is light weight, and has all of the features that we were looking for 3) Especially effective at picking up dog hair. We have a short haired breed with a dense thick coat and this vacuum pulls the hair out of the carpet and off of the hardwood floors Highly recommend this model and the entire brand

Small, compact powerful vacuum with great suction
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have started becoming more and more a fan of Shark and Ninja products recently. A few years back I would of called these products cheap and not made very well. Years have passed and SharkNinja has perfected a few of their products including the vacuums and their ovens and air fryers. This device is no exception and actually after using Dyson products for years spending upwards of 500-700 on a Dyson vacuum, which doesn't do a very good job, this was a welcome change. Great power and suction and a small footprint to be able to maneuver it well around the house and some nice additions like the hose/wand and canister detach modes. In all a well designed product and one that fits into my household.

Powerful Vacuum
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This powerful vacuum rotates around furniture easily, however it does not go under furniture in its current configuration. The dust bin stops the power head. The is sufficient suction even on low. The unit is quite maneuverable, and changes direction easily. Removing the dust bin makes for a handy carry around for stairs and furniture. The bin detaches easily for emptying and reconnects. I would recommend this Vacuum to family and friends.

Easy to use but powerful
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The first thing I noticed about the Shark, as I was unpacking and putting it together, was how easy everything snaps into place. All the quick release buttons are well labeled. The controls for power and for selecting the surface are in a convenient place on the handle so it's easy to switch from carpet to hard floors. The best feature of this vacuum is the powerful suction. I have ceramic tile in my kitchen which is a high traffic area for our farm. It's constantly littered with debris, straw, feed and dirt. Some vacuums just move the dirt around. The Shark did a great job, on the hard surface setting of picking up about 95% of the dirt. But then, when I used the wand to get into corners and under cupboards - wow! Excellent suction. The canister is extremely quick and easy to empty and can detach to make the vacuum more "portable". The filters are easy to clean. If I were to add two features that would make this vacuum above and beyond (it's already one of the best I've owned), it would be to have a retractable power cord, and for the entire vacuum to be about 2-3" higher (I am tall and my back hurts if I vacuum too long). Overall - a powerful vacuum that is easy to use.

Best Vacuum Ever Shark all the way!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my 3rd Shark Vacuum. You can't go wrong with a Shark. This is my 2nd lift away to which I gave my other one to my mother-in-law and still going strong. It is 19 years old now. The rose color lift away is great. Love the wand with light; you can see where the dirt is. The nozzle floor lights are very bright. The down side of this model is no tool holder and only a 25 foot cord; as my other Shark had a 30 foot. It's not a deal breaker but the extra 5 feet is nice. Call me spoiled. I do wish I had a crevice tool holder but again not a deal breaker. When switching from hard floor to carpet it is very easy and it feels like it has powersteering. This machine is awesome in picking up dirt but that is a Shark Machine. I can't say enough about a Shark Vacuum. I got the best price from Best Buy. You won't regret purchasing a Shark.

Replaced my Kirby....happy I did.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this vacuum for close to 4 months now. I gave up my heavy kirby. I love the easy of using this vacuum, lightweight, with a flip of a switch I can go from carpet to bare floors. The lights on the handle & base are fantastic...nice and bright. Only drawback, there are only 2 accessories which is a disappointment.

So far the best I had
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been a Shark fan now for a few years. I had the Apex with zero M. It starting to age and time to just replace it. I wanted one with out the soft roller on it. I feel like that prevents getting the carpet deep down. Great of you have mostly hard floors I do not. So I did lots of research and found this one. The suction is about the same as the Apex and they say that has the most suction. And my power brush and old attachments all fit so huge bonus. And i could tell first use this one gets down deeper in the carpet. And clean my kitchen floor that has vinyl flooring perfectly. I also seen to stay away from the new power fins they are making on the newest models. Trust me they will wear down to nothing after a year.

In with the New
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was about to get the Shark vacuum up and working in less than 10 minutes and the unpackaging was easy as well. I like the light features where there was light and the size of the vacuum compartment so I can get more dust. The vacuum coming with a 5 year warranty is a plus too. The only negative is that I wish the power cord was longer. This Shark vacuum is a newer model than my last Shark and I had a Dyson before Shark and I can say that I am beginning to trust the Shark brand.

Perfect.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We've used Dyson and Oreck vacs and while both are good brands this vac has more oomph and options. Compares well to my Dyson Animal at half the cost and more flexibility. Very very pleased with this machine!

Good with room to improve
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In our household, we've got kids and two dogs. We really use and abuse our vacuums. What I really like about this Shark vacuum is that's very easy to move around. Relative to other upright vacuums we've had in the past, this one a lightweight and easy to maneuver around furniture. The way you can configure the use of the vacuum is very handy as well. Detaching the hose to clean hard-to-reach areas is very seamless. You can also detach the canister and easily vacuum under beds. This is a huge plus for getting all those dust bunnies and dog hair that seem to gather under there. The other awesome feature is how easy it is to adjust the brush height from thick carpet, to lower profile, to hard flooring. The switch for this is right by the handle. Very convenient. The reason for deducting one star is for the included tools. The vacuum only comes with 2 tools. What they call the "multi-pet tool" is really just a glorified brush attachment. Most pet tool attachments that I've seen have a motorized brush. That would have been more useful for cleaning pet hair, especially in a car. The other wonky thing is where you attach/store the "multi-pet tool" to the main unit. The location actually gets in the way of where you wrap up the cord. Overall, the two improvements mentioned above are overshadowed by the other great features of the vacuum. This vacuum does not suck... in the bad way. It does, in the good way.

Love, love, love this vacuum
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This vacuum is amazing. The light transfers to both pull aways (short and long) along with the push version. Picks up my furry pets hair with no residual. Easily moves and converts for hardwood and thick carpet. Worth every penny!!

This model is nearly identcal to our NV750
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We chose this model becaouse we owned model NV750 which was wearing out the head unit and fits all the optional attachment that we have from that one. Other than cosmetic differences the only thing they changed was the length of the cord from 30 feet to 25 feet and they changed the thickness of the cord which does affect negatively wedging the cord in the body of the new unit. Other than that we have been happy with the performance of this style for the last seven years. Unfortunaely no easy way to replace brushes and weakness of the flex tube in the head unit which will eventually break. It may be not as sophisticated as some of the newer models from Shark but we have read too many problems they are having with some of them and we have mostly carpeted rooms. By the way the price from Best Buy was unbeatable when we purchased.

On par with most vacuums
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently moved halfway across country from an apartment to a home and needed a new vacuum. I had another Shark for 4 years that was super similar but smaller capacity overall (canister and width) but left it when I moved. I really liked that older vacuum and I wanted to really like this one but there was nothing that stood out to make it better than others. In those 4 years, they did make some improvements such as a power button on the handle (how did that take years to correct). Ultimately, the older one had more options in terms of attachments that came with it than this one. The vacuum did not hold up too well with all the pet hair (1 Aussie and 2 cats) and I was fortunate to still have the attachments from my other vacuum so that I could clean my stairs. All in all, it would not be the top of my list; it gets the job done but fills up fast when there is a lot of here.
