Works amazingly well across our carpet and rugs! So powerful that it doesn’t even feel like you push the vacuum. It smoothly glides on its own and you just have to steer it. Would recommend to anyone and would buy again. And we got this on a one day deal w/ $100 off! Can’t beat that!

We previously had a dyson. This shark is even better . It does a great job on the hard floor and carpet. I am also impressed with the tools for cleaning the furniture.

We have owned a Dyson animal DC41 for the last 8 years. I never thought I would purchase anything else but decided to give Shark a try. Very pleased, the unit is light weight and does a great job against the molding. Sharks dust cup and how it empties out is ahead of Dyson. Overall the vacuum power seams to be better than Dyson but for clearly less cost. The power chord is shorter than the DC41 but not a deal breaker for us. Very happy with our purchase.

I enjoy using this vacuum, which says a lot as I do not enjoy cleaning. It is lightweight compared to a very expensive one I own. I love that it is so versatile in that I can use it like a push/pull on larger carpets or make it a carry around for steps or canister type. It cleans well and easy to empty without bags. Air is contained so it is dustless which helps my allergies. I also have a dog and it works on that well too! Can't say enough about the power house!

Shark Rotator works great! Cleans floors fast. Has very strong suction. Has very useful attachments. Very easy to use.

I owned a Dyson before but the beater head was terrible. I did not want a unit needing a bag. Consumer Reports rated the unit well. When compared to the top two units, the detachable Shark was the lightest to carry. This is important because of a back condition.

We're finding this Shark vacuum superior to our previous Dyson in several respects. Surprisingly, it seems to have much stronger suction. It's also just more intuitive and easy to use (e.g. switching to hand held tools, etc.). It also gets under lower furniture much better as well. Highly recommended.

So glad I stayed with a Shark. It has 10 amps of power and I have 2 huskies and only have to vacuum once. It’s easy to use for the stairs compared to my earlier Shark model. The attachment for the couches is better designed so much easier to use with more power and it doesn’t suck up my throw pillows while vacuuming.

I’m not much into vacuums, but oh.My.GOSH! This beats all I’ve ever seen. The dirt that it sucks off my my clean ‘looking’ floor and carpets, in my clean and tidy home, every time is use it is nothing short of amazing! This vacuum is powerful, versatile, and just so impressive.

Works well, easy to empty the bucket out. I was surprised how much dirt was in our "new" carpet. For the price I thought I would get all the attachments, would have liked the high level wand for sure. Over all I'm very happy with it.

This our third Shark vac ,and it is better than the older models. The other Sharks.were really great,but i gave them to my son and daughter. They are both very happy with the Shark

My 4 year old shark was shorting out with the carpet attachment so I figured it was time to replace. Read the reviews and bought this model and it's a nice improvement over the previous model. More powerful, designed better and it has an attachment that makes vacuuming the steps much easier. I have owned Dysons in the past and will not go back. The Shark is every bit as good as the Dyson for much less

I am quite pleased with this vacuum. The lift-away is very easy to use. In fact everything is easy to use. Lots of nice functions. By far the best vacuum I've ever bought.

This machine is working much better than I was expecting. Suction is amazing, lots of options with the accessories. Can get into all the places I need to with out issue.

I love this vacuum. The self-propelled part was a little tricky getting used to. First time I used it, it almost took off without me, lol. My only negative comment is that I wish the bottom part was a bit bigger. It's a little top heavy and tends to tip over, but I've noticed most of them are made that way these days. I have two long haired cats, so there is cat hair everywhere - hard to keep up with. This cleans so much better than my last one. Overall, it's just a great vacuum cleaner.

Love the way you switch from hard floors to carpet, quickly and easily. Cleaning the stairs is great because the canister comes off easily.
