After a month of using this vacuum, it works well. There are four girls with long hair and a shedding cat, and the vacuum has had no issues.

Surprised at how well the vacuum worked the first time it was used. It pulled out dirt from a rug that had been vacuumed weekly for years!

I had a Shark vacuum before and loved the ease and weight of it, easy to empty and clean. Head pivoted well. So needed new one and this one is even better.

The old Hoover sucked (did not), quality started out good but increasingly grew worse. Bag stank! Read reviews and bought the Shark. Excellent machine so far.

With 3 pets and 2 small children we needed a vacuum that would handle heavy usage. We had a Dyson but after reading reviews went with the Shark. Better price, better product

I bought this sweeper for my wife because her Oreck was worn out and she absolutely loves this Shark No filters or bags to replace ever and more power than her old sweeper.

It's easy to use. It has lots of different ways to use it which is sometimes confusing (knowing which button releases which part of the vacuum cleaner). It's also a bit bulkier than I had before so that takes some getting used to. Overall, it works great!

By far my favorite vacuum! It was time to replace our old vacuum (which was the same model) I love it so much that I bought the exact same vacuum!
