This vacuum is a little different than your standard upright. It takes time to get used to using, in a good way. I like the fact that I can pull the canister off the floor brush portion and carry it around. Really useful tool too is the upholstery attachment, especially for dog hair. The only thing I don't like is when the vacuum is on the floor brush portion and upright, it tends to tip over easily. Other than that, would recommend.

This thing is awesome for the price. A little more expensive than my other vac but well worth it.

I bought this mainly because of my dogs and all their hair. I was kind of disappointed because it did not get all the hair. I use the crevice tool to get underthings a whole lot and it is great because it never gets stopped up. The great thing is The canister will come off and you can carry it or you can put it on the rollers and it is easy to go around the house and vacuum Using other tools that it comes with.

This vacuum is very versatile and does a good job of picking up pet hair. I would recommend this product to a friend

Vacuum works very well but only wish it had a height adjustment. We recently had new carpet installed and the vacuum leaves deep lines in the carpet. It is very easily maneuverable.
