Best vacuum ever owned. Love the suction and variety of tools.

Works great on my concrete floors. I am 5'2" & it is a little awkward because it is a tall unit compared to what I previously had, but it works great, so I deal with it. Vacuum 5 days a week (little one & a dog) & so far so good. Reaches ceiling fans, top of door trim, & light fixtures. Hand tools work great for dog hair on the couch, too.

Have had this product for about a month, have noticed a big change in the amount of dirt and cat hair picked up compared to my old vacuum. It reaches everywhere with the tools and the canister can be detached from the base for easier mobility. Really love it so far!

It works great and cleans as expected. Suction is good and manouver is easy and sneaks in compact areas for clean up.

This is a great vacuum. Smooth gliding across all surfaces and the plethora of accessories help you get just about anywhere.

Wow. Wow. This has great suction, useful functions, transitions from hardwood to carpet, crosses door thresholds easily, is self propelled, and is shockingly quiet. Got this one after I returned a consumer reports top rated Hoover, which just didn't work for me. Confession: I think the commercials that I've seen for the Shark are a little hokey, and I thought all the "things" the vacuum can do was kinda gimmicky. Try prying it from my hands now. It's easy to push on the hardwood floor, and is very quiet with the brushes off. The brushes "on" only raise the noise level slightly. It pulls itself when the brushes are on, making it easy to use on carpet. It is fairly light. It does not need to have the height adjusted for different surfaces. The way the wand works is really clever. You can pull out the long wand, which is long enough for getting the floor corners or under furniture, or the short one, which helps with upholstery. The way the vacuum detaches from the roller brush is brilliant, making it easy to carry out to the car in the driveway to vacuum it. It has a rolling base that converts it into a canister vac, sort of, making it easy for this purpose. It has suction adjustment on the wand, to turn it down for delicate items like drapes. This is the only area that could use improvement-an arrow or something showing that you are increasing or decreasing suction would be good, but I don't use this feature, so I don't mind. With 4 pets, I need full suction, all the time. The cord is long enough-yes, I wish is was automatic rewind, but I am so happy with the way this vacuum functions, I can wrap it manually. The canister is easy to empty. I am very happy I gave it a chance, because it's great for me. Will likely order some additional attachments from the website soon.

I'm so happy with the quality of this vacuum. I did a lot of comparison shopping and found this to be a good fit . I have carpeting, wood floors, and tile. This vacuum works well on all. It is also very convenient for upholstery and stairs.

Does a good job but when vacuuming dog hair from a hardwood floor without brushes(don’t think brushes are good for floors) hair builds up & have to turn on brushes to unclog. Also bulkier and heavier than I thought.

Good suction and works well but the canister is a little small for a 4 bedroom house with 3 pets.
