I have had the opportunity to purchase 3 vacuums in 4 years. 2 Dyson and 1 Hoover. It is an unfortunate by-product of having a German Shepherd. For almost half the cost of the Dyson...this vacuum has performed equally as well if not a little better. The lift away function is a great feature to the machine (especially with all of the stairs in my home). I also like how easy it is to clean the different parts of the machine. I wouldn't hesitate to make this purchase again!

This is the second Shark vacuum I bought this year. I bought one for myself and this latest one for my in-laws, who needed a new vacuum. I bragged about it to them and then got it for them. They cannot say enough good things about it. It picks up so much dirt that my in-laws were actually afraid it was eating their carpets. It is tough and it is so convenient to carry up the stairs, as it comes apart. Great vacuum!!!!

This is the vacuum that I have had, it is very versatile. I use it on my hardwood floors, area rugs, tile floor and steps.

It doesn’t get lighter than this when you get a vaccum assuming your don’t want to spend $400-$600 on a vaccum.

My wife loves this shark. Picks up everything including our German shepherd's hair. The lift away is great too
