Light weight but great suction. We had an earlier version that finally gave out after years of use. Easy to use, easy to clean. Nat quite sure about the extra storage and rolling carrier as we never used it, but the actually vacuum is great. - esp getting it on sale!

I'm pretty horrified to see all of the dust, fuzzies, and junk this thing picked up in my house. I don't even have pets or kids and we're pretty tidy people so I was shocked at what my old vacuum was not getting. I had a pretty decent vacuum but it was getting old. This Shark is fairly light weight, easy to maneuver, and has lots of options. The suction is unbelievable and the house is noticeably cleaner.

This was a Christmas present and let me tell you! It went over with 10 stars! My wife goes through vaccum cleaners like changing sheets on the bed but this one was light super suction great attachments can do anything with this machine. Well worth the money!

I had a dyson for over 10 years, so when it finally went out I was only going to look at dyson again..... I am so glad i saw the review on this vacuum it has more power then the dyson ever did! great buy and half the price of my dyson

I used the item only one time, was very impressed by the pick up ability. Shark is my usual go to brand. Easy to buy accessories and replacement parts.

I am pleased with the vaccum. However, I don't particularly like that it is a rotator. To me, it seems like it will eventually get loose over time. It falls down easily. The cord is long and convenient to vaccum all areas. I do like all the attachments but haven't used them all. I wanted to return it and get a different style, but you know how that goes...forget to return it or too lazy to put everything back in the box. I love how you can control the suction and I can be sure no dust is escaping. Only other downside is how much heat it blows out. It makes the house hot.

I like the power and suction that this Shark has. I think it's heavy for me and when I use the hose I either have to carry the motor or if I leave it attached it tips over. I would like there to be a place on board that carries the floor tool...I don't like that the cord comes out on the bottom because I have to hold it up or the beater bar will run it over. I have always used a canister Vac but they are getting harder to find...after reading reviews and asking friends I decided to try the Shark. It does a nice job, but is a bit awkward....I'm still getting used to it.

I'm thrilled with this purchase. I checked out Consumer Reports for their recommendations. This was one of the top 4 but the only one with a 5 year warranty, and the best value for the money. I took it home and worked on all carpets that hadn't been vacuumed for months since my 25 year old Electrolux bit the dust. The ease in use amazes me. It's so versatile! Working on the carpeted stairs was a pleasure, since the rotating vacuum head moved from the flat top of each stair to the vertical sides. I don't think the stairs have ever been that clean. Easy to "dump" the collection into the trash, click back in place, and start up again. The filter is easy to pull out and wash. Can't say anything wrong - it's a winner!

I am really impressed with this vacuum. I was always a dyson fan and did not want to shell out the dollars for one this time. I did some research and found this vacuum for a much more reasonable price. It does a great jobs and has some great features. Love the lift a way for stairs.

I purchased my Shark - Rotator Professional Lift-Away HEPA Bagless 3-in-1 Upright Vacuum about a month ago and I am very excited to say this is by far the best vacuum that I have owned. I needed to replace the current Dyson I had which was great but old. The Shark Rotator far exceeds my expectations. I am proud to own one. Best Buy also had the best competitive price for the vacuum and so I was sold on buying it.

This vacuum is very easy to use and very light weight. It works well and is easy to clean.

This is a GREAT high end vacuum cleaner, I had my carpet professionally cleaned by a repeatable cleaner, and 3 days after it was cleaned, I vacuumed with this unit, and WOW, it actually picked up more dirt than the professional cleaner got out of the carpet !!! Has lots of features and will vac hard surface floors too.

Great suction and very lightweight for such an amazing vacuum cleaner. The vacuum also comes with a rolling stand which holds the vacuum's accessories so you can use the hose without tipping the vacuum. Easy to empty and clean the filters. LOVE!!

We went for a Dyson but our local store was sold out of the model we wanted. The salesperson recommended the Shark and stressed that we could bring it back if we didn't like it. We loved it. You won't go wrong with this vacuum.

Purchased 7/3/15 The suction is outstanding with handy tools. Love the great length of reach with the hose. The 30 foot cord is a plus. Works great on carpet AND tile floors. Pretty easy to maneuver with out being self propelled. Slightly heavy (on carpet) but worth it. Best Buy had the best price, that's why we love shopping there. Also purchased the 4 year warranty because BB does it right. If an issue comes up you do NOT have to send/ship the unit back to Shark. Time will tell.
