Vacuum cleaners very well and does a great job with Carpet. It's very efficient and nicely designed. Love the cleaning efficiency. Priced a little bit high but it's better than Dyson prices.

I sent my husband to buy me a vacuum cleaner and he checked the recommended by consumer report and brought this home. I just love this machine and all that it does and how well it picks up the cat hair from carpet and furniture.

This vacuum is absolutely the best vacuum we have ever owned and half of the price we paid for our Dyson. It has made our carpets look like new again and removes the pet hair.

Replaced our dyson. Our carpets felt brand new after we used this vacuum the first time. You could smell and feel the difference when walking on the carpets. Just shows how much the Dyson missed everytime we vacuumed.

I absolutely love this sweeper. Especially since I bought the model that the canister detaches for doing the steps. You will love that feature. I also really like the fact that the front end has lights and swivels nicely to get into corners. The suction power is just as good as a Dyson

I've purchased many vacuums over the past ten years and always been disappointed. I had read reviews on the shark brand and even with the great reviews I was still skeptical, however I must say right out the box I was more than satisfied... Don't waste your time with other brands!!

I talked the Ms. out of a Dyson and into this vacuum based on its reviews and so far so good! We have pets and their hair has given our past vacuums problems. The Shark has has great suction, and it has handled the pet hair with ease. Momma is happy and that's all that matters!

The vacuum has unbelievable suction and with the added feature of being able to separate the canister from the floor brush for small or confined areas makes this an easy chore. My wife also likes the fact that she can dump the canister quickly and easily

Good vacuum sucks up very well, lightweight does not swivel a ton which is nice

I am very happy with this vacuum. It picks up well and the suction remains strong. I was going back and forth between this and a dyson and im glad I went with the shark. It's way more functional and has the hose option. However one down fall, the roll bar had already stopped because of hair and there wasn't even a large amount of hair on it ... So I was not impressed with that... I had to cut it away and it worked fine again...

I purchased this shark to replace a Hoover I have had for probably 8 years that was a good vacuum. I love the design of the vacuum and the way the handle can be unlocked to either become a hand held wand for use with the accessories or can also detach the entire handle to become an extension arm. The machine is fairly quit and is great at picking up 'dirt' in the carpet. I used my Hoover vacuum in my master closet and then decided to try the shark immediately afterwards to see if anything else was collected in the bin. The carpet looked new after the Hoover but the Shark collected 1/2 bin of more dirt. I was amazed and couldn't believe how much additional dirt it pulled from the floor. On hardwoods I am satisfied with its performance but it sometimes seems to just push about 1/5 of anything on the floor around and not really pick it up. This is of course true with the brush turned on, but I've found that it seems to clean best on bare floors by quickly vacuuming with brush off. Then turn brush on and quick passes around and then turn back off to get 100% of visible dirt. Sounds crazy but its still better than other vacuums I've tried. I think I'm going to be very happy for years with my Shark.

I have gone through three Shark Navigators over the same number of years largely due to my kids continuing to vacuum without emptying the waste bucket and running over the cable with the rotating brush. This is NOT a knock on the Navigator as it is a great vacuum (I gave it 5 out of 5 stars in a previous review) but after some "retraining" of my kids on how to handle a vacuum, rather than buy a fourth Navigator, I spent a bit more for the Rotator Professional. That was a great decision as it is lighter, has a rotator ball and seems to be more powerful.

This is a backup vacuum and does a wonderful job on carpet floors. Not so great on bare floors but strong suction power on carpet. I'm pleased with the product and customer service representative was so helpful!!! The price level was a factor and I feel this is a great buy!!!

I originally bought a different shark and brought it back to you and then bought this one, and I really love it so far it does a good job on the carpets. And I would love for you guys to carry accessories and the filters

The vacuum has great suction, canister removable for stairs, and easy to ckean.

We used a Dyson Animal for the last 10 years an it was time to replace it. We looked at both Dyson and Shark and when evaluating performance to cost, the Shark won. We have been using this product for a couple months now and we really like it. It was a great purchase with no regrets.

My Dyson lost suction. Read reviews and ended up purchasing this vacuum. I was disgusted by what my Dyson wasn't picking up. Great purchase for us, due to the fact that we have 2 80 lb. dogs. I love that I can go from carpet to hardwood with no problems. Best vacuum purchase.
