I have another similar model Shark Vacuum and it works great. Got this model because of the higher cannister capacity and stronger motor. Works great on carpet, tile, wood surfaces. Would highly recommend.

Seems like a good vacuum. Has good suction and pulls up more dirt than the previous vacuum we had. The one problem we have with it is that it is quite difficult to push on a heavier carpet, it almost takes two hands. When it is on short carpet it pushes and pulls much easier.

Such a functional vacuum! Tools for every use: from low-profile head for under furniture to caddy for canister use, wand for ceiling, furniture brush, soft-bristled head for dusting electronics and glass. It's great on carpet or hardwoods/tile, suction control dial on main wand so you can vacuum throw rugs with the main head attachment and cover more areas faster. Very easy to empty dust canister, especially with openings at top & bottom!

We replaced our old Kenmore upright. The difference was unbelievable. Does a great job with pet hair too.

This is the best sweeper I've ever purchased. I own four dogs and they shed a lot. I also have pet allergies. Since we purchased this sweeper , I breathe easier and sleep better than I have in years. Fantastic sweeper!!!

Bought this when we got new carpet in our house which is a two story house with a finished basement and I wanted something that would make it easier to clean the steps. The new carpet is dense and medium pile and at first it was like pushing 20lb weight across the floor before I saw and adjusted the suction! Haha. It's a powerful vacuum for its size and very functional with all the attachments. Glad I found the suction adjustment otherwise it pulled itself down to the floor and it would've gone back to the store. Very pleased with it so far but wish the head could be adjusted some more.

Found this vacuum did great at getting the carpet clean, and then cleaning out the canister was really easy without any mess.

This thing works great. It has plenty of power and is amazingly quiet. Easy to use attachment too. Love it!

Purchased this vac and was pleasantly surprised with the ease of switching from a tank type to an upright. Also the upright switches easily from carpet to hardwood.

I have 2 labs, and this is the best vacuum I've tried. I love that it is lightweight. My favorite thing is the extended hose, which is great for vents and stairs. Buy this vacuum! I only wish it had a retractable cord.

So far this vaccum has wirked great. The caddy adds stability when using the cannister off of the base. I have not had the tipping problems others have mentioned.

Best vacuum I have ever gotten. Easy to use, easy to empty container, and easy to switch parts for different chores. Amazing how much dust and dirt is collected.
