This was a huge upgrade from our tired old Riccar. The claim of cleaner air is also legit as we have noticed a difference with our allergies. Quite versatile with all of the attachments.

Needing a replacement vacuum, I decided to try a Shark. I am more than happy with the performance of my new Shark. I am completely satisfied!

I don't think you can do better when choosing a new vacuum. Dyson has great suction that never decreased also but, the price tag is very high and from what I've heard by people who own one they are riddled with problems. The very first time we ran the shark it was not long after my wife had run our old vacuum and we were shocked at what the shark had picked up. It was like the carpet had never been swept before! The price is right and the vacuum is a beast

My floors have never been cleaner! Did not know how poor of a job my previous vacuum was doing until I bought this Shark. Just awesome

This is an excellent vacuum that cleans carpets and stairs very well. It's quiet and swivels too. The only downside is I wish it had self-propel feature to make it easier to push.

I purchased this vacuum two and half years ago. I have a dog that sheds year round. It’s insanity inducing amounts of prickly hair and soft floating undercoat. This machine takes care of picking up hair from all different surfaces. The attachments are easy to access and interchange as I clean. I would purchase this machine again. It runs and sucks like the day I bought it.

We decided to try a Shark from people that owned Dyson products. They claimed the shark has more suction has a better design. They seem to be correct. Very pleased with the Shark.

This vacuum is EXCELLENT. We have 2 dogs and a cat, needless to say we have hair everywhere. Before our shark we had to use a regular older vacuum and a shop vacuum to get all the hair up. Now we use 1 vacuum and get the house cleaned in half the time. Not to mention all the tools that came with the vacuum, which makes picking up the pet hair off the furniture a million times easier. Love my new shark!!!

This vacuum right here is by far the best thing I’ve ever used. Have 3 dogs and this is the only brand I’ve found to pick up all the hair as easily as it does.

I was looking for a replacement for my Dyson pet hair vac. This Shark has all the same things I liked about my old vac, but is so MUCH MORE user friendly. It is light enough to work around curved stars. The attachments are all useful and change easily. I can’t think of anything missing with this model. We bought one for our daughter after she saw ours, she loves it too.

Works great, easy to use, versatile, the attachments are great especially the one for ceiling fan blades

I switched to this Shark from a Dyson and I LOVE it. We have kids, cats, and dogs, so a good vacuum is a necessity. It's lightweight, maneuverable, and works incredibly well.

I had used my granddaughters and loved it so I purchased one myself. So far I love it and the on board hose and the other parts make cleaning so easy. I like how you empty the dirt for it is easy and does not make a mess like some sweepers do. it is light in weight so easy to carry up steps. So far I cannot find anything I do not like about the Shark.

I love my new vacuum! I received it as a gift. It is not the model I had originally wanted, but I researched online before I ever used it to see how it compared with the Shark Rocket. That is the cleaner I thought I wanted. I found out that the Rocket is top heavy, which was not at all appealing since I cannot lift much weight. The Rotator is much better because you have the ability to use it like a canister or upright vacuum. I have used it as an upright on hardwood (and carpet) and then switched to canister mode when it started to feel heavy after awhile. You can also remove the canister from the main part of the vacuum and carry it around. It is a little heavy, but my husband thinks it is very light. It is so worth it to be able to carry it around. I love it! My favorite part of this vacuum, however, is the fact that I can see how much dirt it is collecting. I know when it is full so I am able to empty it, making it less heavy. It is so incredibly easy to empty. Even I can do it! Also, if you see the dust/dirt cup on the Rocket, it has a much smaller capacity. I would be stopping to empty the cup constantly.

Great cleaning power. After first use almost filled the canister with dirt and carpet fibers that my previous vacuum never got. Amazing power and easy to switch out pieces.

Easy assembly, light weight, very quiet perfect for apartments!!

It is a great vacuum and the carry feature, along with the normal upright feature are great and offer the ability to sweep carpets, stairs, bare floors and rug. Glad I bought it!

Solid combination of functionality vs price which equals value. My spousal unit loves the ease of use, amount of pet hair it picks up effortlessly and the easy dump receptacle.

This vacuum has amazing suction and works well on the carpet or tile floor. It is really powerful and gets all of the pet hair. The accessories are good and easy to use... I've used all of them in the month we've had it. It glides and turns easily. The only con I found is that it tips if you are using the wand and not supporting it. Very happy with it so far.

My grandmother has this vacuum and loves it so when we needed a new one I thought why not, especially since I knew we couldn't afford a dyson. This vacuum replaced our oreck which worked, but was loud. This vacuum is much quieter to where I don't feel bad vacuuming while the kids are napping. Anyway, I'm still amazed at what a wonderful job this vacuum does. It's great and at an affordable price.
