Excellent job at picking up. But it always falls over.

it really surprise me with the dust it removed the first time I used it.

This is the best vacuum I've ever owned. Believe all these five star reviews, my house has never been cleaner. I could not believe all the dirt that this light weight vacuum picked up. It's so easy to use and I'm 60 years old with back issues. It makes you just want to keep cleaning. All the attachments that come with the NV-501 work wonderfully, I found myself cleaning areas that I could not get to before. I love my new Shark Rotator Professional Lift-Away Upright Vacuum Cleaner. Don't hesitate to buy this. And once again, Best Buy had the best deal with great sales staff to help with this pleasant transaction. Thank you, again, Best Buy for carrying another great product.

i have never got any customer service at this store,had to hunt and ask for help.

This vacuum picks up really well and is very portable. So far so good.

This Shark is geat but it is a little heavy on the lift away.

good vacuum but won't stand up by itself without falling. Cord is very poorly made.

It works so well that if you have long carpet, other that flat weave, the vacuum will not work. it can not move due to the suction. wish I had bought another kind.

so far we are happy with the hoover,will know later.

Could be cheaper but happy overall the hose remove works good

The only drawback is I can't get it under the bed.

The only thing bad is is tips but most of them do.

I never knew there was so much dog hair in my house!
