It is very heavy for me, compared to my previous vacuum cleaner (Dyson DC 24)

The first time I used the vacuum the canister was filled completely. WOW!! I was impressed. After that, suction was very weak and it wouldn't pick up tracked in dirt or anything else - pet hair, for example. I found several blockages, but still no suction. Will need to take it in for repair after ONE use. Fortunately I still have my 20-year-old Hoover to use until the Shark is repaired.

This vacuum was working good and i really liked it. One day it just completely stop working. Had to upgrade.

I had a Shark Rotator Professional for about years and now cord ripped got new with protection pan.

This vacuum is ok for the price but I would purchase a better one next time.

I researched the Sharks vacuums and thought this was the one, but it’s not doing it’s job :(

It's not so easy to push over thicker carpet but other than that it's a good enough product.

This vacuum is heavy, not light as advertised and the liftaway tools cause a loss in suction power.

This is another stellar Shark. This seems to be their best one. They are rated the highest in the industry for a reason. Great suction. Easy to dump and clean. The canister latches are strong. The bucket holds a lot. Easy to maneuver. The attachments work good. The nozzle brush roller seem lightweight but very durable. Great suction. Pet hair no problem. There were issues with other models on the bucket latches and nozzle brush roller but it seems fine. Long cord. Easy to clean filters.

My brother & son own this vacuum and I tried it then so decided to get one for myself.

This product has too many pieces. I do like that it can do multiple tasks.

Does what it says. Somewhat awkward layout for controls but overall okay

This is my first Shark vacuum cleaner and my initial impression is positive. After viewing several favorable customer reviews on this vacuum cleaner, we decided to purchase it today. However, after checking out the demo at a local Best Buy, I was disappointed to see that the width of the vacuum head is approximately 1-1.25 inch smaller than most other machines within the same price range. We have a 2 story house and all I could think is it will take me longer than normal to vacuum the floors. After reviewing all of the Shark's features with a store attendant, I decided to take a chance. It was amazing how much debris this vacuum cleaner picked up from our carpets, which we vacuum weekly. I had to empty the canister 2 x's by the time I finished vacuuming. We have 3 stair cases, so the Lift Away feature is convenient and the swivel feature when maneuvering the cleaner in tight spaces was efficient. Our previous 2 vacuum cleaners were a Dyson & Hoover. The Dyson was $400 & lasted just over 1 year and we used the Hoover about 6 months longer than we should have. So far, so good with the Shark. I just hope that it will last longer than our previous 2 vacuum cleaners combined. In my opinion, the only cons with this Shark is the smaller width of the vacuum head and the angle of the small brush attachment is awkward, making it challenging to hit those hard to reach areas. It is also a little pricey, so time will tell if we get our money's worth but for now, we have a positive, impressive start with our first Shark.

It doesn't hold eniugh so you need to empty it too often. My hold Hoover was better.

I love the suction, ease of use and light weight of this vacuum. However, if you have even 1 long haired animal, this vacuum will plug up like crazy. Good thing it comes apart easily, because I have to do so about 3 times every time I vacuum with it! Hair jams in every available piece, and by the time I get done, I am covered in dust from working on it. FYI: we have 3 dogs, a cat, and hay from the barn gets inside with us. We are a huge challenge for it!

Suction was ok and was soso on ease of use. Feel it did not meet all the hipe.

So far this us been a great purchase. Wish there was a retractable cord.

The thing has goos suction but it doest turn. The body swivels every way and then some but the head doesnt change direction to turn. After about 10 min it oowers off 2 times for no reason. Taking it back.

It’s ok but not for pet hair.it stuck in the brush.
