We bought this vacuum and it's incredible. Buy it!! Buy It!! Love the lift away design and the removable wand. Very easy to use.

If you have problems with your machine, you have to send it to the company at your expense, pay $20 for them to send it back to you, and be without a vacuum for 4-6 weeks. They do not manufacture parts to have machine fixed locally. Local vacuum repair shop said the vacuums are considered disposables by the company. I was only able to use the machine less than 6 months without problems.

First camera that I own, great investment will recommend to anyone who likes to take pictures.

This vacuum works great! Don't waste your money on more expensive units. This is the one to buy!

This vacuum requires a certified repair center to even change the beater bar belt! It takes specialized tools and removing and usualy replacing the clutch! It also has NO SIDE SUCTION! I kid you not! It also weights 17lbs! NOT EXACTLY "LIGHT"!

Cannister is full and it still has very strong suction! Best vacuum I've purchased!

I admit it: I hate to clean, but when I tried this vacuum out in the store and it practically pulled itself out of my hands, I thought "wow, this really IS self-propelled!", which I thought would compensate for how heavy the machine is. Well, that was on the low-pile carpet of the store; it didn't perform the same on my thicker carpet at home (but great on a very flat area rug). I had to really push and pull to get it around my house, and when you pull it back and that heavy unit hits you in the knee... It didn't seem to have much suction for edge-cleaning. I was also very disappointed in how tricky the canister was to empty. I held it over the garbage can and pushed the release button on the bottom, and it didn't open by itself. A person would need a third hand to get the bottom to release; the canister wasn't full, but the hair and fuzz the unit had picked up were stuck in the top of the canister and didn't come out of the bottom even when shaken, so I had to open the top lid, and my hands were quite dusty when I was done. I'm returning it today.

I bought this to replace a Hoover Windtunnel that I had for years. I liked the fact that this could be used as an upright vacuum and a canister vacuum. So far, it has been very convenient and picks up a lot of dust and cat hair from our carpets (floors and stairs) and furniture.

I cannot believe I am going to say this, but I like this vacuum better than my Electrolux which I have sworn by for 40 years. This vacuum gets up the dirt and I feel like I have actually cleaned my carpets. I have six animals so any vacuum that can get the fur and dirt up is a winner with me.

I thought my old vacuum was doing a good enough job though after every use i would sneeze for several mins..after upgrading to this quality machine i never sneeze after cleaning, clearly the dust is down in my home and I have to replace the central air filter less frequently because our air is cleaner!!!

You wish the brush was wider so that sucking area us smaller. But its a powerful vac.

I liked my first NV501 vacuum that I purchased about 8 years ago I thought I would get another as some of the parts were showing wear and breaking. Very disappoint in the new one, cord is shorter and requires that I have to unplug more often to more to another outlet, the hardwood floor attachment is much smaller, the hose attachment to hole in place was changed and the hose keeps detaching. Also the vacuum doesn't seem to have as much suction of the older one. Looks like they were trying to save a few dollar! Would not recommend.

ABSOLUTELY love this product. I do not know how i survived until i purchased this. There was a dramatic difference in my carpet after purchasing. I love the tools as well for cleaning my blinds and vinyl floor and area rugs. This will even clean fur off of my microfiber couch like it was never there!

I LOVE the shark i only have one complaint and I've owned a few already but the hose tears way to easily. So easily all my vacuums that i use for my business end up with duck tape around the hose. Not very professional as the shark would imply.

This purchase was the worst waste of money. It has poor suction and is easily clogged. I had hoped it would be an upgrade from my Eureka that broke after 3 years but I'm going back to the brand that I can trust. Shark customer service is a joke. Only 3 weeks old and its going to the dumpster. I couldn't be more disappointed. Don't waste your money on this machine.

Got this gifted to me, while the suction is amazing and i love it. The bottom part keeps lifting up therefore not actually picking things up.

Great for cleaning the couch, carpet and hardwood floors. Have two large dogs that shed a lot and this did great job of cleaning the couch.

Having 2 little ones this vacuum is amazing!!!! And it makes my carpet feel brand new!
