Power brush light goes fron green to red as soon as we try to sweep on shag carpet and brush stops.

A little too heavy for my taste but does the job when you have pets and a busy household.

made nice Christmas gift. so far no complaints and seems to work as it should.

I would not recommend this product to anyone because even with a 5 year warranty you have to pay for shipping and handling of a defective item! This will at least cost you 40.00+. And good luck getting any supervisor on the phone while trying to contact a shark representative. They will refuse you and give u a million excuses including they are in a meeting, unable to talk to you for whatever reason. Spent over an hour on the phone with 10 different representatives who refuse to give their supervisor. I will never buy a shark product again!

I’ve had this vacuum for a while and since it is completely plastic, I’ve had plastic pieces of the vac break off or crack and some of the pieces, I don’t even know where they broke off from! One of the light bulb covers broke off a few months ago and the light bulbs are just hanging there, the plastic on the handle where the hose is located is starting to shred, one of the plastic nozzle tubes has started to crack. I can name more items on the vac that have broken or cracked, but you get the picture. The suction is great on it but it will fall to pieces on you within 6 months. Save your money and buy a different brand.

Before purchasing the shark I had a Dyson DC 25 Animal vacuum. After 10 years it broke so we purchased a shark since it had great reviews and it's cheaper. Regret our decision. The Shark does not have as good as suction as the Dyson. And when you roll the vacuum back it will not pick up dirt just moves it. Hard to maneuver it around while using the hose unless you make it a lift away.

Was excited to get my new Shark, took it home, unboxed, and put it together only to find out that the bristles at the bottom of the regular vacuum part do not spin on their own. Not a huge deal as I can fix it, but still an inconvenience. I would prefer things work right after you buy them.

This was recommended by a BB sales associate. It seemed great for about a year. I took it in for repair and was given a new one...still great. About a year later, it doesn't pick up anything. I Only have a carpet/rug in my small living room and do the maintenance. Also I did not get the warrantee on the "new" Shark. Seems as though it should last more than one year. Don't be fooled by the offer of the warrantee. Doesn't deserve any stars if it only lasts about a year.

Worked great for a few months, then the brush stopped working. Tried to open the bottom to see what the issue was, but couldn't get the screws out because they use cheap star-head screws that strip easily. Will not buy anoth Shark.

I was excited when i bought this a year ago after trying it for the first time at home. 6-8 months later the brush roller stopped working. The warranty was for 5 years. However, it didn't cover the head roller. If you purchase make sure you purchase a FULL warranty. I didnt realize that wasn't included. This is my last shark vacuum.

This vacuum seems to work okay for rugs, but I have mostly hardwood floors and it just moves the dirt around. For anything other than dust I have to use the wand and really sit there for a minute for it to pick up the items. My 25 year old Miele still works better.

It legit died after maybe 3 years. Researched and went with this vacuum, spent over $200 for what is now a clothes hanger.

I don’t understand the great reviews I thought it would last for many years but after 7 months it stopped working
