It takes time to get used to using, in a good way. I like the fact that I can pull the canister off the floor brush portion and carry it around. Really useful tool too is the upholstery attachment, especially for dog hair. The only thing I don't like is when the vacuum is on the floor brush portion and upright, it tends to tip over easily. Other than that, would recommend.
