I'm very impressed with this vacuum cleaner. It's come with lots of accessories to make housing cleaning a breeze. It's one of quietest vacuums out there and really deep cleans the carpet. The swivel action makes sweeping alot easier.

Brand new I find that the vacuum is impressive. It seems to have a very strong suction. And has picked up dirt and dust with impressive results. It is lighter than my other vacuum , which makes it easier to do my stairwell.

This is so light weight and is perfect for hard floors especially

Replaced our Dyson with this Shark vacuum and am very happy with the results. I will never buy another Dyson. This shark is more powerful and easy to use. I have two large dogs and this picks up all the hair on both wood and carpet.

I clean houses for a living so I KNOW vacuum cleaners. This one is my favorite. It has powerful suction and the attachments have great suction and versatility, too. I can't say enough good things about this lightweight unit.

I selected this vacumn from the many models, especially for the electric pet hair removal tool, since we have 3 dogs and 4 cats in the house. It does a very good job and is easy to empty...no bags to fuss with.

I bought this vacuum after several friends talked about how pleased they were with it. The assembly was easy, as was learning to operate the vacuum. The suction power is amazing and I absolutely love the detachable canister...no more disgusting, expensive vacuum bags! It works a thousand times better than my old Oreck vacuum, picking up a ton of dust and junk left behind and making the carpet appear much newer. My only complaints...one of the upholstery attachments was missing, but only a minor inconvenience. The most annoying factor is that the cord is attached in an awkward low position so that you have to hold up the cord while vacuuming so that it doesn't get run over. Also, the attachment hose is short and stiff so the vacuum topples over easily. For the suction power and easy canister dumping, I can totally live with the minor inconveniences. Good vacuum for the price.

This vacuum has more suction power than my Dyson. Every part on this vacuum can be removed for cleaning without using any tools. It is also very versatile, from carpets to drapes and blinds to vacuuming your car. I love it so much I bought one for my daughter.

Great getting pet hair and dirt out of carpet. A little heavy to push. Overall satisfied with the product.

This vaccum SUCKS...in a good way. It pulls up all of the dirt.

My previous vacuum over the years were other brands before I bought my first Shark brand . Now it will not buy any other brand. Not only are they reliable vacuums but they are also affordable . My first shark vacuum I’ve had for six years and then gave it to my son when he moved into his apartment . Still going strong with no repairs so far . I also have the shark steam mop which works really well and have not had any problems with it. I bought this professional vacuum as it works well on dog hair. I like the fact that it also has the lift away for stairs which is great. The hose lift away is nice feature as well. Nice place for attachments on the vacuum. All the Shark brand vacuum are bagless, which make emptying them very easy. The filters that come in them can be washed.

Got this for my parents to use on their house with lots of space. It works fine. Why not 5 stars? Well it was expensive, so bang for the buck is 4 star.

I'm very impressed with the Shark vacuum cleaner. I had a 13 year old Oreck 8 pound vacuum. The first time I used the Shark in my bedroom I couldn't believe how much dirt, dust and cat hair it pulled out of my carpet which is only 1 year old. It was as if I had never vacuumed it before. The dust cup is easy to empty and the vacuum doesn't spit dust back into the air like my old Oreck. The wand and attachments work well and are easy to use. My carpets and rugs look cleaner and I love that I can turn off the brush roller for hard floors. I have 2 cats and 1 dog so there is a lot of hair to vacuum up and the Shark gets most of it in 1 pass. It's also quieter than my old vacuum. Over all an excellent vacuum.
