Hands down the best vacuum I've ever owned. My carpet even looked like I had gotten it professionally clean afterwards. Works great on pet hair as well! I'm not a fan of sweeping because I feel like I leave so much behind so I Love the hardfloor attachment! After owning this I'm glad I never spent 600$ on a dyson

We decided on this vacuum after reading reviews in Consumer's Reports. It has good suction and cleaning abilities. It is easy to clean after use. However, my wife has found that it requires extra strength to push it.

I can't say enough good about it, one of the best vacuums I've ever had.and it's easy on the back.

Only have had it a couple weeks, but seems well built and has great suction. Makes vacuuming stairs much easier.

I’ve avoided getting a decent vacuum most of my life. I moved to NC, and now even my ceiling are carpeted. So it was time to invest. This thing has so many great and different functions, which I have not scratched the surface of because I am lazy, but is powerful, has many attachments and can also detach to be handheld. Easy to get rid of dirt and has many traps to catch items that might be vacuumed up.

I have tried different kinds of vaccums. The shark killed for me.

I purchased this vacuum for a recently purchased vacation home. I really love the way this vacuum steers around the table and chair legs. Very simple to clean. I actually tried this in my main home with central vac prior to taking to the vacation home and it vacuumed dirt up off of my clean carpet floor. It really sucks! I am considering the purchase of another one for another vacation home. Do not hesitate purchasing this vacuum if you are in need of one.

Had a canister vacuum before but this Shark has much more suction and easy to handle without dragging a canister around.

I like it because its powerful and never loses suction and its very light and its flexible to use wit all of its attachments .and its gaglless.

Detaches its self. very convenient . Light weight. Very good Suction. And I like how it can maneuver in between things easily.

Our 20 plus year old Dyson died and we wanted something that would work well on both carpet and hardwood flooring, the Shark had good reviews and we went with it. Had it just a few days and it meets our expectations. Much lighter and smaller than our previous cleaner which is good for storage and carrying around the house. The suction is great and really picks up the dirt that our older machine apparently didn't. Highly recommend.

Just like the commercial, this is light and versatile. Very easy to use on the stairs. I noticed that Consumer Reports rated this very high but gave the Shark Rotator demerits for the power switch location. If that's the biggest gripe they could find, big doggone wooo. I'm a person without a lot of time to do housework, and this machine gets the job done in a hurry. It's efficient, light, easy to use, and hassle free for me so far.
