This really sucks!! We like the ability to remove the wand, and remove the motor from the base and clean the stairs or go on a ladder and clean the roof off of spider webs. The suction is really powerful. Very easy to clean the dust bucket (can be washed off). Highly recommended!

It's been a joy to use this around the house.. The hose is a little difficult at times, and the canister fills fast... so that's why 4 stars. I think they discontinued this model for a flashier version of this one.

Had this vacuum over a year now, and before that I had purchased 3 vacuums in one year- they were junk! This vacuums up the hair from my shedding dog like a champ! And everything else, has only gotten stopped up once, and is set up to make clearing a clog easy !

This is the 2nd one that I have owned. It's easy to use and suction is great. Long cord, easy to maneuver, works great on hard wood floors and carpet. Slightly bulkier than an Oreck I owned but still like it better because no expensive bags to buy. No odor either.

I tried the flex duoclean and had to return it. I went back to the rotator professional lift away. It was cheaper and does a much better job. I have a high pile and a lot of rug. I go through vacuums too often. I've tried them all and end up coming back to this simple Shark vacuum.

I love this vacuum it works great especially for pets

We refuse to buy a Dyson or a Kirby. Our past few vacuums have been Eurekas and have been sufficient for our needs. When the motor went out in our vacuum we read reviews and asked friends. They all recommended Shark. There are a lot of models to choose from at various price points. We decided on this one because we wanted the larger dirt collection capacity, the LED lights on the front to see under furniture, and the ability to turn off the brush roller. It has a narrower vacuum head than we are used to, but overall the vacuum is lighter and easier to move around than our Eureka. The filter system is also so much easier to clean than our Eureka. We are very pleased with its performance. One other feature that we love is how easy it is to remove hair that gets wound around the brush roller. So far we haven’t had to take it apart to remove the hair. This is a huge plus with three girls with long hair. No pets, so we can’t speak to how well it works for pets.

Very light, easy to use, great suction and easy to clean

After going through several lower priced vacuums from other stores, I decided to look at reviews with Best Buy. I decided on this vacuum due to price and reviews. I am pleased that it works on both carpet and hard floors. After my purchase, I found it at a lower price elsewhere and Best Buy price matched the vacuum.

I enjoy using this product. It cleans well and is very light. The extra connectors are awesome!

Good value lots of features. Needs better suction but beats out so many other cheaper vacs now sitting in the landfill. Would recommend. Dyson is too pricey for a middle class family of 5. Not worth the extra money.

The shark rotator is a good vacuum..the suction is great!The attachments are easy to use also!

Simple powerful and able to covert to canister mode simply and efficiently. This is the clear winner over Dyson period.

Spent over an hour trying to decide which vacuum to buy. Purchase this one largely because it had the greatest cannister capacity. After one use I was sold. I have never had a vacuum that leaves the floor (carpet or hardwood) as clean as this unit. All the attachments are great.

Works great lots of power and mobility. Works just as good as Dyson for less price.

I would recommend this product to everyone. Picks up animal hair off everything.

I recently purchased a Shark Navigator 2-in-1 upright vacuum to replace my 20 year old Hoover. I did not make a mistake as this is picking up dirt I didn't know I had both on carpet and hard surfaces. I also found out my friend's more expensive Dyson just went in for repairs. Buy it, you can't go wrong.

Great has good suction easy to maneuver only complaint is the hose is not long enough

This vacuum was on sale when I went searching for a replacement for Dyson. This vacuum has proven to be effective and easy to use in either standard push vacuum or as a portable canister vacuum. It makes quick work of getting the dog hair up from the dog room floors and surrounding areas.
