Great vacuum for a great price. The best part is the new upgraded roller where the hair does not get tangled in it. Works as advertised especially when you have daughters who have long hair.

Our old Shark finally had seen its better days, so we researched the options and decided on this vacuum. It has not disappointed. It was easy to assemble and meets our expectations. We have owned other brands (The one that starts with a D and ends with "son") and Shark is so much more reliable and does an excellent job.

I’ve used shark navigator vacs for 12 years. Upgraded to this model and got more suction, but in a heavier model. Maybe I’ll get used to it, but it’s definitely a consideration if yiu are used to a smaller ot lighter model.

Great for pet hair and dander, does a great job of picking up all sorts of debris, hair, and soil. It deodorizes as you vacuum, and has an easy release for all hair, fur, and threads that get picked up. Would recommend.

I love this vacuum! The suction is excellent and no hair tangling on the brush roll. The deodorizer is an added bonus!

Picks up well, but the cord is too short and the attachments don't stay on the unit well when you need to store them. Overall good price, though, and nice size for the dirt container. Easily emptied. Better than my prior two Dysons.

The shark is a powerful vacuum, so far the only complaint i have is that it doesn't take much for the brush roller to stop. Great safety feature but aggravating at the same time. Other than that, its an awesome vac!

I have a giant very fluffy dog who sheds like crazy. I've had this for about a month and the brush is still clean. The hair does not wrap around it. I've gone through so many vacuums because the hair gets so wrapped around the brushes that it's too hard to clean. This solves that problem. Easy to use and easy to dump. Great accessories too.
