So far a great vacuum! I have 2 large long hair dogs, & i have it for about 2 months now and the brushroll has kept itself clean! :) the only reason I am giving 4 stars is Sharks quality in general has seemed to go downhill, and feels a little flimsier than there previous products.

Preforms are required. Wife loves this vacuum better than her Dyson.

Bought it for wife she loves it we bought a less superior one a year ago and it broke she loves this one better

Have many of animals with our son back home for a little while. He has two huskies and a german shepard mix. This vacuum has some major suck on both on tile and carpet. I'm impressed! I don't have to follow up with rubber broom, BONUS! I do wish it had a light or retractible cord but otherwise no real complaints. The store needs to sell extra filters and the odor disk so while filters are drying. We didn't have to wait so long to vacuum again. Awesome vacuum! I was on the fence because I always had canister allergy bag vacuums. Almost forgot I do have one small complaint the accessory brushes pop off, a click in place hook would be better, so watch for them, if you have dogs. They can become chew toys :(

I really like this vacuum. I think it does a good job. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I love how easy and versatile this is to use. I use the small attachments for my couch and hard-to-reach places. I love the hard floor-to-carpet feature. The cord is also really long!

Good suction, but heavy to push on thick carpets and cord gets in way while in use. Picks up pet hair great!

The only thing I would change would be to make the plug in cord longer. Other than that I like the vacuum.

If you have pets I recommend this vacuum! Picks up dog hair very good!

So great on hard floors and carpet, handle comes out and makes it easy to reach up to higher places.

This cleaner really does a great job on my carpet and floors! The first use was amazing because it literally picked up dirt from deep in the carpet and you could tell from the carpet it was a lot cleaner. I definitely like this machine and would recommend.

This is my first shark I've purchased. Overall it is great and cleans better than my Bissell I still have. Only complaint is that the one attachment isn't as good at getting pett hair off furniture.

Would of given this a five star but for me the cord needs to be longer. My other shark vacuum the cord was long enough that I could plug it in in my living room and get my first floor done. Now I can’t

The Shark is the best vacuum ever. I have two as well as the cordless stick.

It works really well! But I would like the cord to be a bit longer.
