Works great, love the carpet and hardwood setting, light and easy to maneuver!

We have area rugs and hardwood floors throughout our house and a finished/carpeted basement. This vacuum works like a dream on the hardwood, slightly less dreamy on the carpet, and is nearly impossible to move on the area rugs. It would probably be fine if the height was adjustable, but it is not. If you have hard surface floors, this is the vacuum for you. If not, skip it. I would return it if I was still within the window to be able to do so, it is really that difficult to move. We had an older model shark before this that we loved, but I wanted to try this one because I was tired of cleaning hair out of the brush roller. Now I wish I could have my old one back!

Having 2 medium size dogs and long hair I believe this keeps up with the house pretty well this is a replacement vacuum cleaner under warranty.

Quality is great. It has the look, feel and performance of a quality product. My only qualm is with the design. The large tank dust tank sticks out and makes it difficult to get under some furniture.

It seems to be everything advertised. I purchased it primarily because of its high rating on pet hair, but also because no bags needed and maneuverable. It moves well enough and cleans well against edges/walls. My only complaint is that the extra weight (8 lb heavier than my old Oreck) gives this old broad a backache after only a few minutes of use. Still glad I bought it.
