    We use this maybe once a week. The roller in the main head for the carpets wont work now. Nothings caught in it. Doubt its under warranty. Doesnt seem to last. Our last Shark vacuum worked for about 4 years (which also doesnt seem to be amazing by any stretch).

    On carpet mode the vacuum gets caught depending on how long the carpet is. My rug is an inch amd a half long and the Vacuumgets caughton it amd i can'tclean it.

    This may have been a great vacuum, I'm not sure, because there seemed to be a missing part from the printed "Included in box" list on the packaging, but when I called Shark, they clarified that it doesn't actually INCLUDE the piece, it's just what is compatible - - which isn't what "INCLUDED" actually means. So we returned it and got a different brand.
