No magic in the wand...

I love it overall, but have had the dame issue twice. The clip that holds the wand in has broken, which obviously makes the handle impossible to vacuum with as it comes out when using a back and forth motion.

This vacuum has been nothing but amazing made my carpet look brand new again!!! Definitely recommend

It works wonderful on pet hair and leaves a pleasant fragrance. I now have 2 older ones to use in other areas.

The BEST for animal lovers

I no longer dread or put off having to vacuum the house because this vacuum is a GAME CHANGER! From the tile/hardwood floors to the carpet in the bedrooms this is the first time in a long time that I feel like our house is 100% clean after it. Threw the other two vacuums we had away because this will be the only one I use for a LONG time.

My wife and children comments on it's suction power as the vacuum rooms and staircase. I find it very user friendly for cleaning the car.
