The large dust bin is well placed which makes it easy to see what's in there. I did a short area of a relatively clean carpet in our office and was impressed with how much showed up in the bin. It's also not very loud, which is a huge bonus to me. For once, I think I picked the right vacuum!

It hasn't disappointed! Gets the dirt that is embedded in the carpet. Feels very smooth and fluid with the pivotal sweeper head. Easy-to-use and clean out the dirt catch. Also cleans my hard wood floors with ease. I would TOTALLY recommend this!

You have to keep one hand on the vacuum one on the wand or it’s going to fall and fall hard. Skinned my ankle when I made the mistake of turning my back on this accident waiting to happen.

I wish they would relocate the start point of the plug wire, as it's low and you have to watch about tripping. It is also heavier than optimal but I was easily able to pick it up and take it upstairs. So far so good.

A must for carpets and shedding dogs
