I am so happy I got this vacuum I was very iffy about getting it but since I have had it and been using it I absolutely love how big the dustbin is it holds so much it gets so much dust dirt hair it's a great vacuum. I use this for my business and I'm thinking about buying one for my house. I also love how the roller does not get hair caught on it it stays clean completely

Vacumm was good at the beginning, but unfortunately the Extension Wand came off, warranty was contacted, and they said the part is not covered by the 5 years labor and device guarantee! I had to buy another one and i have a brand new Vaccumm going to trash before I even pay my credit card avoid this type of Vaccumm

I purchased the Shark Rotator after reading exhaustive reviews. The bad- plug is from bottom and the clip is useless which means you hold the plug while you vacuum. The detachable handle is knifty but I feel the suction is not as strong. Now - the REAL thing. I have used this vacuum like 3 times. I picked it up from Best Buy on July 3, 2023. Today is July 26 and the vacuum is DEAD DEAD DEAD. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I am amazed at how much vacuums have changed since I purchased the 25 year old one one that I replaced with the Shark. I am impressed with how lightweight it is, and how easily it moves and gets into corners and tight places. My grandson does most of the vacuuming and we have both noticed how much better the carpets look now that we are using the new machine. It was easy to assemble, and does an excellent job on hair, just as advertised. It isn't noisy, and is easy for even a grandma like me to use. As always, Best Buy is a wonderful place to shop, and as I have told many people, your staff is so efficient, friendly and ready to answer any question. Simply THE best vacuum cleaner out there! I was shopping for a good vacuum for more than a year (that's right!) and went through series of Bissells and have an LG cordless stick vacuum... but it was always something missing; I was in search of that perfect, most-powerful, all-cleaning, magical vacuum on earth! Then I decided to go for the Shark Navigator Lift-Away model based on price and YouTube reviews... But then I decided to walk in into Best Buy a week ago just to browse casually; my family recommended me to get a Dyson.. but then I saw the Shark Rotator -- it was love from the first sight... It is true it is not a lift-away model, but boy it is powerful! AS a bonus is the scent neutralizer cartridge that it comes with and makes our carpets look pristine clean and smelling wonderfully... Never seen such power in ANY of vacuums I have ever had -- including shop-vacs. HIGHLY recommend this model, based on the fact that is priced in mid-range, its suction power, deodorizer its light weight and simplicity of controls and operation... Don't get hung up that it is not a lift-away model -- it is lightweight enough to carry around just as conveniently for the stairs and hard-to-reach places cleanup using the wand... And don't start me on how EASY it is to switch from wand to the rollers -- simply a breeze. Also very easy to empty the dust container and switch from hardwood to carpet modes... Simply da best! Go for it with eyes closed.

Had to replace our Bissell in under a year. This shark has been much better so far. Love the extra long hose when using the brush attachments. Fairly lightweight and great suction. Collects a lot of pet hair with an easy dumping mechanism.

Love this vacuum.. Never gets my gf's 400obs of hair caught up in it.. Have a few cars & my gf has really long hair that gets everywhere.. Somehow, the fins on this vacuum keep it from ever getting tangled up.. The suction on this vacuum is unbelievable. Add in the hepa filter & the scent attachment, is a great vacuum, even though it's pretty expensive, it's Def worth it..
