I love my shark vacuum cleaner. It does a great job cleaning up the house.

I find it a little heavy and it doesn't have a light, but it's perfect for people who have pets.

Sadly, it couldn’t handle more than 6 months of worth Great Pyrenees vacuuming.

Vacumm was good at the beginning, but unfortunately the Extension Wand came off, warranty was contacted, and they said the part is not covered by the 5 years labor and device guarantee! I had to buy another one and i have a brand new Vaccumm going to trash before I even pay my credit card avoid this type of Vaccumm

I purchased the Shark Rotator after reading exhaustive reviews. The bad- plug is from bottom and the clip is useless which means you hold the plug while you vacuum. The detachable handle is knifty but I feel the suction is not as strong. Now - the REAL thing. I have used this vacuum like 3 times. I picked it up from Best Buy on July 3, 2023. Today is July 26 and the vacuum is DEAD DEAD DEAD. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Shark odor neutralizer cartridge was opened and missing, no comments about the machine because I can’t use it

I am amazed at how much vacuums have changed since I purchased the 25 year old one one that I replaced with the Shark. I am impressed with how lightweight it is, and how easily it moves and gets into corners and tight places. My grandson does most of the vacuuming and we have both noticed how much better the carpets look now that we are using the new machine. It was easy to assemble, and does an excellent job on hair, just as advertised. It isn't noisy, and is easy for even a grandma like me to use. As always, Best Buy is a wonderful place to shop, and as I have told many people, your staff is so efficient, friendly and ready to answer any question. You continue to be my choice for the wide range of electronics, appliances and technology you carry. Bless you all!

Simply THE best vacuum cleaner out there! I was shopping for a good vacuum for more than a year (that's right!) and went through series of Bissells and have an LG cordless stick vacuum... but it was always something missing; I was in search of that perfect, most-powerful, all-cleaning, magical vacuum on earth! Then I decided to go for the Shark Navigator Lift-Away model based on price and YouTube reviews... But then I decided to walk in into Best Buy a week ago just to browse casually; my family recommended me to get a Dyson.. but then I saw the Shark Rotator -- it was love from the first sight... It is true it is not a lift-away model, but boy it is powerful! AS a bonus is the scent neutralizer cartridge that it comes with and makes our carpets look pristine clean and smelling wonderfully... Never seen such power in ANY of vacuums I have ever had -- including shop-vacs. HIGHLY recommend this model, based on the fact that is priced in mid-range, its suction power, deodorizer its light weight and simplicity of controls and operation... Don't get hung up that it is not a lift-away model -- it is lightweight enough to carry around just as conveniently for the stairs and hard-to-reach places cleanup using the wand... And don't start me on how EASY it is to switch from wand to the rollers -- simply a breeze. Also very easy to empty the dust container and switch from hardwood to carpet modes... Simply da best! Go for it with eyes closed.

Had to replace our Bissell in under a year. This shark has been much better so far. Love the extra long hose when using the brush attachments. Fairly lightweight and great suction. Collects a lot of pet hair with an easy dumping mechanism.

I bought the Shark Rotator with PowerFins, HairPro, and Odor Neutralizer Technology a few weeks ago, and it has truly exceeded my expectations. The suction power is outstanding even on thick carpets and it picks up my dog’s hair without getting tangled, which was a major issue with my previous vacuum. One of my favorite features is the odor neutralizer technology. It leaves a fresh, clean scent every time I vacuum, which is a huge plus in a pet-friendly home. The design is ergonomic and sturdy, yet easy to maneuver, especially with the swivel head. The dustbin is simple to empty and the entire system feels very hygienic. The included attachments are super useful, especially the motorized brush for upholstery. The only minor downside is the weight—it’s not the lightest vacuum, so carrying it up stairs can be a bit of a workout. Still, the performance makes it absolutely worth it. Highly recommend for pet owners, carpeted homes, and anyone with allergies. A great investment overall!

I have always been a Dyson guy but our Dyson animal was getting old. ChatGPT recommended this shark and I absolutely love it. There is very powerful suction, love the anti hair roll and it’s very lightweight compared to the Dyson. I wish the cord was longer but it is what it is. Easy to clean the stairs with the lift away and attachments. Very pleased with my purchase. We have 3 cats and a dog, this vacuum does a great job!

My faithful old Oreck just wasn't up to the job anymore, especially now that I have two long-haired Siamese cats. So, after doing a good deal of research, I bought myself a Shark on sale at Best Buy and went to work as soon as I got home. The amount of dirt and dust from vacuuming just two rooms was incredible. This machine is a beast and I'm so glad I got it. My carpets look new again and it feels great to know I can keep my house clean, even with those two shedding fur babies. Best vacuum, best decision!

Oh my goodness, I cannot say enough great things about this vacuum like it actually makes you want to vacuum. It is so stress-free it’s effortless it moves freely and it pivots amazingly fits under most areas. It is phenomenal. I bought it on a whim because my Dyson broke and I actually will never go back to Dyson. I am a shark Person forever. I had the Dyson animal ball one or whatever where it was supposed to pick up Hair. It was such a pain. Every time I had to vacuum, I had to sit down and take the thing apart to get all the hair out, but with the shark the hair does not stick to the vacuum head rollers at all. It’s amazing and it really gets into the fibers of the carpet. I have yet to have to sit down and do anything with the Shark other than to sit down after the job is done. If there were more stars to give, I would definitely give more- worth its value.

I got this vacuum about a week ago, after spending way to much time going back snd forth between this and a cordless dyson.. id just end up forgetting up forgetting to plug it in to charge and i also wanted to make sure i had full power…. I got a dog and too many cats and i vacuumed my rooms prior to buying this and when i got home i tried it out and i was almost disgusted with what it picked up off my floor. It easily goes from hardwood to rugs with so much ease. Its fairly quiet for a vacuum. I read reviews all over, from here to amazon… im 100% satisified with my purchase
