The best part is the new upgraded roller where the hair does not get tangled in it. Works as advertised especially when you have daughters who have long hair.

Upgraded to this model and got more suction, but in a heavier model. Maybe I’ll get used to it, but it’s definitely a consideration if yiu are used to a smaller ot lighter model.

Solid vacuum for cattle dog owner

It deodorizes as you vacuum, and has an easy release for all hair, fur, and threads that get picked up. Would recommend.

Excellent Vacuum

It has not disappointed. It was easy to assemble and meets our expectations. We have owned other brands (The one that starts with a D and ends with "son") and Shark is so much more reliable and does an excellent job.

Nice unit with drawbacks

Overall good price, though, and nice size for the dirt container. Easily emptied. Better than my prior two Dysons.

Great safety feature but aggravating at the same time. Other than that, its an awesome vac!
