    We were in need of a new vacuum. We have had a Shark in the past and were happy with it, so we decided to try another one. It's a good vacuum and it was very easy to assemble. I like the extension for cleaning stairs and hard-to-reach places. You can either use the short extension or the longer one depending on your need. It also has an air freshening pod that you can choose its intensity while you vacuum. Very happy with this purchase!

    Great sucking power. Sharks suck harder than Dysons. The odor neutralizer is a nice touch. If anything ever happens call the warranty company asap. Best of the best support

    It is problematic when you need to use brush and hose as you can't pull and move unless you carry the vacuum as the vacuum falls over. Needs an extension so this would not happen so easily.

    Love this vacuum!!! I have 2 dogs and it picks up hair on carpet and my wood floors. Attachments are easy to use and it is easy to clean out. Highly recommend if you have pets.
