The odor neutralizer is a nice touch. If anything ever happens call the warranty company asap. Best of the best support

The main reason we bought it was to pick up dog hair. Rated a four since this does not have a shampoo option that other similar priced items have.

I have 2 dogs and it picks up hair on carpet and my wood floors. Attachments are easy to use and it is easy to clean out. Highly recommend if you have pets.
