Most powerful suction ever

Requires strength to use because of the suction with the carpet. Surprisingly, you can get right up to cords etc and it won’t suck in surrounding objects

All around great vacuum!

The air filters help keep the air fresh and are easily cleaned and replaced. The rubber brush does not get tangled up with a lot of hair.

Works but very hard to move across carpet

The vacuum does work great it really does pick up a lot and the hair doesn't seem to tangle. But I didn't realize it doesn't have automatic wheels. It's very hard to push and pull especially on carpet that is a little thicker. I spent a lot of money and I don't use it because it hurts my arms and shoulders to push and pull it.

Shark disappointment

The suctions is okay but not up to the standards they portray. Disappointed with this purchase. Also hair does get stuck around the brush, unlike what they advertise

Roller stopped working after 1 year 4 months

The roller in the main head for the carpets wont work now. Nothings caught in it. Doubt its under warranty. Doesnt seem to last. Our last Shark vacuum worked for about 4 years (which also doesnt seem to be amazing by any stretch).
