It works amazing. Super easy to clean the parts to it and the the extra filter helps it smell amazing.

I absolutely love this vacuum. Its probably the best one I’ve ever owned. The fact that there is no hair wrap over the roller is honestly a game changer.

I bought a Dyson and took it back and replaced it with a Shark I have no regrets! Do yourself a favor save yourself time and money and buy a shark vacuum. If it is not an equal to Dyson, it is definitely second to none to any vacuum.

Awesome product so far!! Very versatile with the detachable wand. The ability to switch from hardwood floors to carpet is nice as I have both in my home.

This is a fantastic and powerful vacuum. I own only Shark vacuums and just purchased a spot cleaner and never disappointed.

I've had this vacuum for less than a year and it quit working. Best Buy customer service is horrendous and it is literally impossible to speak to someone who is physically in a store. You are re-routed to a call center. My experience was: 1st call - I was put on hold and the agent never returned. After 20 minutes I called back and was told that this call center can't help me, and I needed to call another number. Called that number and got a recording telling me the office was closed. Called the original number again. This time I was assured that yes, they can help me in-store with the repair since my purchase was well under a year ago. I drove 30 minutes to the store where the geek squad employee acted like I was absurd to think they would do this repair. I told him the customer service agent assured me they would and he said he "wasn't surprised they would tell me that since they don't know what they're talking about and are always giving out the wrong information". I said it seemed impossible to get in touch with anyone who is working in the store, and he just shook his head at me like, this too, was an absurd thought. He said, of course I couldn't call anyone in store -- none of the stores deal with customer phone calls, you have to go through the customer service line. I called a 4th time from the parking lot to ask how I should proceed. This 4th CSR gave me completely different information and told me they obviously do not fix vacuums in the store. Well..they do, but not unless you purchase the extended warranty. No matter that I bought it recently enough that it's still under manufacturer warranty. All of the DIY searches I've seen say that Shark products are designed to fail and are intentionally made to be so difficult to repair that you are more likely to just purchase a new product. I've repaired many vacuums myself and this is absolutely true as far as this product is concerned. It is impossible to even open the roller housing without a special, security drill bit, which I don't have, so couldn't even attempt. This product is garbage, Shark is garbage, Best Buy customer service is a joke. Buy something else from somewhere else.

Insanely powerful suction. Gets everything in one pass. Requires strength to use because of the suction with the carpet. Surprisingly, you can get right up to cords etc and it won’t suck in surrounding objects

Great on dog hair, was in desperate need of a good vacuum. Have two full size Aussies and the chore is never ending. Would highly recommend this vacuum.

Love this vacuum! It works great especially for picking up dog hair. The air filters help keep the air fresh and are easily cleaned and replaced. The rubber brush does not get tangled up with a lot of hair.

Works great but breaks down in less then a year…..

I don't love this! Part of it is my fault. The vacuum does work great it really does pick up a lot and the hair doesn't seem to tangle. But I didn't realize it doesn't have automatic wheels. It's very hard to push and pull especially on carpet that is a little thicker. I spent a lot of money and I don't use it because it hurts my arms and shoulders to push and pull it.

This may have been a great vacuum, I'm not sure, because there seemed to be a missing part from the printed "Included in box" list on the packaging, but when I called Shark, they clarified that it doesn't actually INCLUDE the piece, it's just what is compatible - - which isn't what "INCLUDED" actually means. So we returned it and got a different brand.

More than what we needed, but couldn’t pass up the price.

Too exspensive because of the lack of attachments it comes with. The suctions is okay but not up to the standards they portray. Disappointed with this purchase. Also hair does get stuck around the brush, unlike what they advertise

Great vacuum, the only odd thing is that it doesn’t include led lights on it to help you find dirt.
