New Technology not so much!

The “new technology” is nothing more than a deodorizer disc to place in the head of the vacuum. Nothing more than a toilet bowl ring in a urnal. Disappointed that this is considered “New Technology”.

Downgrade

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was told this model was an upgraded version of the ZU62, but aside from adding a cord holder near the handle (which doesn’t work well), I don’t see any improvements. The odor neutralizer was especially disappointing—it not only failed to impress but actually gave me a headache. When I contacted Shark, they said there were no alternative options and simply advised me to remove it. That left me without one of the main selling features I bought the vacuum for. On top of that, the vacuum feels like it’s made with cheaper materials, and the accessory was so poorly designed that I ended up having to reorder it. Overall, this upgrade feels like a downgrade.
