    On carpet mode the vacuum gets caught depending on how long the carpet is. My rug is an inch amd a half long and the Vacuumgets caughton it amd i can'tclean it.

    I don't care for this vacuum cleaner. It has two settings: floor and carpet. I have thick carpet in one part of my home. This vacuum cleaner is hard to push on that carpet. I don't use it on the floor. It works well on normal grade carpet. I can't get those professional lines though. Also, it's not as smooth as my previous vacuum cleaner. It doesn't maneuver well.

    Motor overheated, company issued replacement no questions asked, have had great luck with Shark for years but this unit specifically doesn't impress.
