    Bought this thing 14 months ago and now is deader than a door nail!! We have a couple of long coat German Shepherd Dogs (otherwise known as German Shedders) and I realize this thing has had a workout. But "come on, man!!" It just can't handle the pet fur. And I should have known better as I've had a Shark or 2 and they've always cratered in about a year. And it's not like they're $79-89 vacuums. Total junk, and extremely difficult to break down and clean. Never again for me and sfould be the same for you.

    Not enough suction power... If you want a vacuum that will fluff the carpet well then this is the one. Otherwise look elsewhere

    Smells like burning

    Started smelling like it was burning after 2 months of use. Best buy return policy is only 15 day

    Upgraded from a stick Dyson to this vacuum but was disappointed. Setup was easy, but during use, it just didn’t feel powerful. I ended up returning it and spending $80 more on a Dyson Animal 3 (on sale), which picked up half a canister of dirt that this vacuum missed. Save yourself the trouble and invest in a better model. Also, the odor control feature smelled like a cheap air freshener from a gas station not great.

    This product is one of the worst vacuum cleaners Ibhave ever purchases. Failed in 4 months.Dust and debri always fell out, bad suction. Just do not buy this vacuum!!

    I bought this vaccum and within 4 uses it started spitting out dirt, I’ve checked the filters , emptied it etc. not impressed .

    Bought it 2 weeks ago, and it died on the first use after running for 15 minutes. BestBuy support on the phone is useless. They are giving me a runaround. So much for being a Total Tech Support member.

    The last 2 Shark vacuums I have had to return. One less than a year after purchasing and the other about a month after purchasing. Either a part doesn't fit well or it stops any suction from the bottom attachment. If you purchase, I recommend buying the warranty. Best Buy has been great in terms of my returns.

    Advertised as good for pet hair but it’s really not. Totally died after a little more than a year. I used to swear by Shark but no more.

    I have been without a working vacuum for quite some time with two dogs and carpet. One of the reasons I purchased this vacuum was for the large canister capacity and the good reviews. All the hair trapped at the top of the canister above the max fill line with the canister empty. I know my carpet is dirtier than what it was picking up.

    Decreased suction after just 10 weeks of use

    I bought this vacuum about 10 weeks ago. At first it was great then I noticed the suction decreased considerably. I took it to Best Buy to get repaired and they said nothing was wrong with it. It definitely has decreased suction after only 10 weeks of use. I am disappointed.

    Piece of junk. Stopped working the 2nd time it was used, 3 days outside of the return period so we're SOL. We might as well have flushed $200 down the toilet. NEVER AGAIN!

    I thought this would be better than my Shark - Navigator Lift-Away Deluxe Upright Vacuum with Anti-Allergen Complete Seal but I was wrong. My old Shark worked better than this new one and I’ve had it for only two months.

    I purchased a corded Shark vacuum from Best Buy and am very impressed with its performance. The consistent electrical power provides strong suction that easily removes dirt and pet hair from both carpets and hard floors. It’s well-built, easy to maneuver, and the long cord makes cleaning multiple rooms convenient. The vacuum is simple to maintain with an easy-to-empty dust cup, and it delivers excellent value for the price. Overall, this was a great purchase, and I highly recommend both the Shark vacuum and Best Buy.

    Stains Carpet

    The Red brush roll stained my grey carpet!!! I’m so angry. I’ve run a carpet cleaner over the stain and it won’t come out. I’m terrified to use this on the rest of my carpet now. Such a waste of money!!
