Plug doesn't stay on.

I had to tape it together. My first Shark vacuum cleaner did a great job for 8 years, but this one is very disappointing. No more Shark Company.

This vacuum sucks, and it is not in a good way. I have two dogs, and this does not help at all. Initially, I figured the suction was due to a defective product so I exchanged for another one. Well its been about two weeks and it still sucks.

She is helping raise a puppy that is part of the canine research program at Duke. She loves the vac cleaner. I have an older model and I have had very good results with his particular vacuum cleaners.

A true pet specific product

This one has a silicone brush that picks up pet hair and dirt without the constant need to unclog the brush. My only complaint is the it’s a little clunky, but I am a smaller person- so it may just be a user issue.
