I was disappointed that it didn’t provide air flow and heat from iron elements at the same time. You have to select one or the other. You have to work with it extremely slow to ensure it does not pull your hair.

We recommend using Dry Hair Mode after your hair has been completely dried, then use Dry Hair Mode to help remove frizz. (Only use Dry Hair Mode on hair that is 100% dry.) When in Dry Hair Mode, be sure to wait until the heated smoothing comb indicator light has turned green before styling. For optimal Dry Hair Mode performance, rotate the brush 360° as you brush through to ensure hair passes through both combs.
