Not great on curly hair

Convenient for those quick touch-ups
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Being a 2in1 device (hair dryer and styler) there are some benefits to using the Shark Smooth Style Heated Comb. As long as your hair is not completely wet you can at the same dry your hair when you styling it. There are 2 operating settings one for dry hair (heat with no airflow), and the other being wet mode (heat with airflow to help dry your hair). For heat settings, you can select from Low, Medium, and Hot. For the most part, it’s been set to medium setting. This thing does get loud, especially in wet hair mode. The bristles are aligned in a way that allows you to strictly use the larger or small ones depending on how you’re holding the device. There is some heft to it so highly recommend using the tip with your other hand to help with stability and comfort-ability. Overall it’s a good product that does a good of job of drying your hair while you style it. There are some small quirks like the weight of the product might be an issue, and the noise level can become bothersome too. But everything else does well including the retail price.
