It did a great job of removing old stains from my couch, and pet stains around the house. Great purchase!

Whereas otherwise I'm certain it would have been a miserable job. Only downside is the price of refills from Shark. Hopefully other mixes/chemicals are just as effective?

I have to say it did an OK job but not to my expectations. I also attempted to clean a rug and it did not do that well, I ended up just throwing the rug in the washing machine. I have to say if I was to think about purchasing it again, I would not. I feel like the price point that this machine is in does not meet the expectations I was hoping for.

I love that it contains pet stains to a small container instead of stinking up the whole vacuum. The self clean feature is great for flushing out the hose.
