It mopped the tile floors of mine fine. The obvious dirts got cleaned, but those who fancy this as a "deep cleaning" tool that can take care of the heavier stuff between tiles might be disappointed. I do like the versatility of it, as you can switch attachments to reach different areas other than the floors. Caution: the steam is hot, and after working around it for 10 minutes, you get very sweaty yourself. On the bright side, the steam might keep you warm during winter time.

It is exactly what I've been wanting for years...love that it''s water not chemicals and the floor and it dries without streaks! Quick and easy to use! I have laminate wood floors...

I like this one better than the old one i had and it has more options to do and don't need to pump it just to steam just press that power button you'll be good! Thumbs up for that!

very easy to fill water chamber. ease of use to get around, under, and close to furniture. you can wash pads in washing machine and dry in dryer or air dry. great product

It comes with 3 attachments. Used. 1 for the floor, 2 nd one for the counter tops and 3rd one for bathroom walls. It’s awesome and cleans very well

Cleans bathroom walls, walls, and floors very good. My wife loves it and keeps our kitchen floor clean once a week.

It gets hot using water and creates steam which then cleans the floor. It does an awesome job. Just plain water and no chemicals. Does an awesome job.

I purchased in store on sale and used it throughout my house. I have all tile floors on the bottom level of my home and it does wonders cleaning.

I think it's okay. There is no steam booster on this model and should have upgraded. It takes too long to really clean the whole floor so I just do spot cleaning with it.

It does what it says cleans great and lifts dirt away that's why I recommend buying extra cleaning pads

It heats up fast, but uses the water very fast and you have to refill it often. It steams the floor very well.
