I was looking for an alternative to using harsh chemicals to clean. I have been completely satisfied with the steam. I have a large tiled area and need to find replacement pads to clean the whole area,

I haven't used it, but my wife likes it so far. I only gave it 4 stars as it was a replacement for an older version which had the handle fall off. We'll see if this model is more durable

doesn't take long to come up with the steam to clean, it did our oak floor nicely...but it couldn't get the soap scum off the shower door

I love the fact you can zip through the floor cleaning of your home with this item. This is my 2nd one within 18 months. They do not last a long time. Integrity of product has issues.

Works great on my tile floors. Saving me time and effort every time I use it. Do keep an eye on the water level it does not hold a lot so you might need to fill it up a couple times if you have a large room.

I have owned this steam mop for two years, and have used it numerous times. The only problem with it is the small tank. This is really not a major problem.

I can't say enough about my Shark. It works great, and the fact that it converts to hand-held is a bonus. Note: as learned from a previous product, you should only use distilled water in these.

It cost $60 on Black Friday I bought me 3 you just have to use distilled water on it.

The shark steam map is amazing. I like the fact it's doesn't just cleaned it also sanitize my floor. I have six kids a cat and a dog I need my floors to not only be clean but germs free too.

I really like the steam mop I have used it several times and it really deep cleans. The removable microfiber is a little difficult to clean

Does a good job on minor floor messes. Best use of it yet has been wallpaper removal, which it was great for.

hose and attachments are awkward in maneuverability and not such good and thorough results as it does on floors, where it is easy to use and gives excellent results

I use my Shark steam mop on both my hardwood and laminated floors.It cleans them without leaving water on the floors. The steam is produced quickly and the process uses very little water.

When I first used this I wasn't sure if steam was coming out to clean the floors. I've noticed it takes patience and going slow to clean the floors.

I had a steam mop before and it worked for a year. I bought this one based on the options which has. So far this product is the best will update if something gets wrong.

this doesn't work as well as my previous steam cleaner - followed directions, used "distilled" water, but my floor is streaky......not impressed

Best product for cleaning wood floors! It takes about 30 seconds for the water to warm up which Isn't that long. This product has really made my life easier.

Great product that leaves my house feeling clean! I love that it takes water so I don't have to spend money on different cleansers! I use this thing everywhere!

A very good steam power and we were able to clean some kitchen appliances that had lots of graese stuck for years without problem.
