Makes our floor clean

Actually, I doubt it as I can still see some dust when I wipe it with disinfecting sheets after using this. However, it is quite ok. Wireless would be much more convenient.

Limited Potential

Hand held portion is convient for multiple areas other than the floors. Does an ok job. Like the different pieces with different size cloths. Just toss into washing machine as necessary. I do not recommend using detergent, for it is retained, and leaves smears on the floor. Unit is well constructed.

Not as great as other models

Only one setting my other shark has 3 levels of steam.
