I like this steamer/mop because it does many different things and is easy to use. Cleans without chemicals

It a huge fan it's small and wish I could use products to clean with this. And it doesn't take out grease stains

I do not too much care for this mop. It's a 2-1 steam mop but no where to store the extra pieces.

This is a waste of money. Sorry to say. Not recommended

Not for deep cleaning this unit would perform well on day-to-day stuff but if you have some deep ground in dirt it's not going to get it done

This product is not good. Just sprays hot steam mist everywhere and does not really clean anything. Maybe someone else will have better luck.

This steamer is a very nice device since you can use it as a steam mop and also as a hand-held steamer. I was looking for a bigger and more expensive device like McCulloch MC‑1275 but after seeing that online and reading the reviews, i decided to go with it. I am happy so far. the heating time is very fast, the steam power is great for all the chores inside the apartment is more than adequate. So far I used it five times for 20 minutes continuously each time without any problems. The only complaint is that it need to have a strap to hang it over your shoulder when using it as hand-held steamer. Also, if you intend to buy it, buy extra microfiber pads as the large pad for the mop and the smaller one for the hand-held steamer attachment get dirty very quickly.

Bought it during black Friday because we have alot of tile flooring. My wife loves how it cleans, but please note it doesnt deep clean like restoring ur geout like new, bit cleans very well Now for the con, she wishes it came with another main cleaning head.

We had new tile floors put down and it cleans them like brand new every time. my wife is happy so and I. It is easy to use, light weight !!

Love using this use it all the time it gets really hot quick the only complaint I have is it doesn't hold enough water to do a big job but it deafly does work well

It is a nice steam mop. Cleans the floor and shower glass. Works good on ceramic tiles too. The mops are not disposable but can be washed in the washer.

love it, easy to use, no need for buckets of water anymore!

I think thi is the easiest way to sterilize surfaces when germs are a concern

Love this steam mop. I've had the larger version in the past but like this one much better. Not heavy at all and does a great job. Also love the attachments to clean my couches.

Not a professional cleaner, so don't expect too much. Does produce a substantial amount of steam. Easy to use. Just fill water reservoir. It seems to superficially clean my white tile floors. So, not really satisfied with product. I would recommend that when you wash the pads in the washing machine that you do not add detergent. Pads retain residual detergent. So then the floors clean with smear marks. Otherwise, product well manufactured, with multiple pieces, which can then be used in different areas of your home. Read instruction booklet before proceeding.

I like this steam mop, it's really good for my wood floors, but not as good with my tile that has grooves in it.

I have been using the shark for years now. I finally had to purchase a new one after owning my original for 10 years. This has some nice feature upgrades like a reversible head, but i feel like the steam is not as good as the original.
