Does not work as advertised

It was slow to heat and left pools of water all over my floors. I had to use another mop to pick up the water and finish cleaning my floors. The steam only covered a small section in the center of the pad and the rest of the pad remained dry. The floor pad does not offer any scrubbing feature and there is only one in the box. Too expensive and time consuming to use.
