Very happy and would recommend this steamer. I got it on sale and was well worth the price. Even more so that is multi purpose and comes with several attachments. I do like the add ons and I use them as much as the steam pad around the house

needed to clean tile, worked as described, like that I can throw the microfiber pad in the wash.

Thus steamer is very good on my hard wood floors and ceramic tiles . I would recommend it to anyone.

I'm really happy with this purchase. Finding so many uses for it. Makes everything look and feel really clean. Lightweight and easy to use and easy to store with a small footprint in the already overloaded closet. Highly recommend.

It’s really not the same as doing the hard work of scrubbing your floors with soap and bleach but it makes it easier for me to carry my baby and clean the floors. I recommend you scrub and clean your floors and then use it on a daily basis.

My youngest son has to mop..this is one of his chores and we argue about it everytime! So I saw this and I thought he might stop complaining! He likes it way better than mopping plus you don't have to deal with chemicals and the whole bucket and mop so worth buying!

I have been wanting to try a Shark product for a long time, and this was a great time as any, I have a house with tile flooring, and it was a pain to mop with regular mop and bucket. So I did research and found this model was the most useful for my needs. Multiple attachments, washable cloth, and no chemicals needed. Unlike some of the other wet mops that were of disposable heads which cost a lot of money, this unit had the washable cloth. I have yet to try the other attachments at this time. But the regular head works fine on the floor. I had a few messes in the kitchen, and with a very little work the food stains went away.

When I first bought this I was kinda iffy about it but happy that I did makes everything a lot easier

I bought this mop for my wife, she loves it, great quality.

We got this for $49 with purchase of the Shark vacuum. We have been looking for a cleaning device that makes cleaning our hardwood floors and tile floors easy. This is it! The best solution we have found so far. So simple to use my 8 year old daughter operates it
