I think the Shark steam mop was a excellent investment it worked well on all of my floors (tile, hard wood ) I got it on sale so it was for the money. Easy to use and I like that you can use the different attachments.

Made short work of a tiled shower was able to use the floor attachment and the flat attachment on the walls switching between was very easy. Only minor gripe is no bag to hold all the extra attachment parts.

My wife wanted this, she use it so many different ways. One way is using the steamer ,she likes to clean the oven with it and it works. She also uses it to clean our tile floor . This Is a pretty good Machine .

Verdict is still out on the total performance but so far so good. Works smooth, light weight easy to use. Seems like there is a little bit of a challenge finding replacements covers or the correct ones.

It seems to get the hard wood floor very clean. I wish I could use my Murphy's oil soap in it, because that makes the floor a little shinier and fresher smelling. But I'm satisfied that the floor is clean.

Cant go wrong with shark products steam mops or vacuums for the money I think they beat Dyson hands down. Tulsa Hills BestBuy needs work on there customer service skills and maybe learn how to deal with some one with a hearing disability.

I have owned several different sharks and by far this is the best one! I love the separate steamer that I have used on my tile showers and it really works great. I love that I don't have to pump it. I would highly recommend this shark.

I thought I would give this a try for my tile in my 2 bathrooms, it works great! I have also used it on my hardwood floors and it does real well on them. I am pleased with it, and even better it was on sale for the Deal of the Day!

You can steam and sanitize just about anything with this mop. Love it

Husband bought this for our new home with sealed hardwood floors. Works very well, especially on those messes on the kitchen floor. Picked up some extra mop heads so I always have a clean one.

What a difference it made! My floors felt so clean, however the first time I used it I had to use some tough scrubbing, but that is my fault- I hate to mop. Overall I recommend this steam mop!!

It works great for hardwoods as well as vinyl floors.

I love how it cleans thoroughly and dries quickly. It makes the room smell fresh too. Because it's dries so quick I don't have to worry about my husband or animals tracking through a damp floor and making more mess

Bought this mop as a Black Friday special. It has exceeded my expectations. So much easier than the traditional mop and bucket. Love that you can use it as a steamer to clean showers and backsplash as well.

Purchased this to replace my older Shark Steam mop that broke. I purchased because I like the fact that you can use it as a steam cleaner for my bathroom. My old mop had three settings for steam this one only has one. I vacuumed my hard wood floor prior to using this steam mop. After I finished mopping, I spilled some of the water on the floor by accident. Using a rag to clean up the spill, a lot of dirt came up on the cloth. I think this is a good mop for surface clean but not for deep cleaning your floors.

Have used this a number of times now on our wood floors. It doesn't take much to deep clean and really gets up the pet "stuff". Easy to use.

Cleans well but is a little heavier than I expected

I love that you only use water. This is super easy to use. The only downfall is the cord, which is. It a huge deal anyways bc by the time you plug it back in the unit is already steaming again.
