    I really like my vacuum so far. I did a lot of research and decided on the Stratos due to run time, the brushes, and the price. Best Buy delivered when they said they would.

    Bought this in January 2024 and worked great when new. Amazing suction power which is better than any Dyson. However it’s 10 months out and it’s already starting to not pick up very well and the motor has a burning smell. I have hardwood floors throughout and a golden retriever who sheds a lot. For the price it wasn’t worth it as it didn’t even last a year.

    The weak battery life dooms an otherwise fine stick vac. We have a mix of LVP, hardwood, and low-pile carpets. 30 minutes is really an average time for this battery to last and it is only 4 months old. I don’t think we ever got more than 40 minutes out of it. It’s a big disappointment.
