    I have had this vacuum for less than a year. At first, it was fine. Then over time, the power button stops working and is very finicky. Then the plastic hinge that folds the vacuum to allow it to stand for charging also snapped. This product doesn’t hold up overtime and I would not buy it again.

    It’s a good vacuum cleaner, but the cordless stick broke at the joint when folding. Can’t recommend due to poor reliability.

    Not happy at all with this Shark product. I had previously owned another shark vacuum so it was easy to buy this. Boy was I wrong, worked good for the first 6 months, then started to become increasingly noisy. Eventually it just stopped working, completely dead.

    get a different vacuum. this thing is terrible. clogs very easily we only have 1 dog and 1 cat and this thing doesnt stand a chance. had to go with an old school corded shark works worlds better.

    The vacuum is cumbersome and top heavy. It does vacuum well, but it is unwieldy. Not as happy with it as I’d like, but will keep it as other alternatives don’t seem to be much better.

    Very Disappointing, I really wanted to like this vacuum. Says it can run 1hr on a full charge. We unboxed, charged unit fully and started vacuuming. Within 10 minutes it went from 100% to 40% charge by 20 minutes it was 10% charge. There is no way this can run 1hr. You are lucky if you can get 3 or 4 rooms vacuumed before needing to recharge again. We returned it and will look for another cordless option in the future.
