    The vacuum literally broke within a week of use vacuuming a bit of rock salt from my trunk. For the price, I expect it to be able to pick up what is essentially the size of a grain of rice. The motor died immediately. Because we had the protection plan, BB refunded the full price. The corded version is several hundred dollars less - try that one first.

    Returned. Battery dies very quickly on full power and has little suction without it being on full power. Turned and bought the corded version which is much better.

  • Cleans good, just keeps breaking

    We’ve had to return the vacuum 3 times because it keeps snapping where it folds up, luckily we have the Best Buy protection plan they keep replacing it
