Love This vacuum -- Stays charged and it is awesome for sweeping under beds and other hard to vacuum spots.

Great vacuum cleaner. Battery life usually last as long as I need. Easy to store. I just hate that I usually have to unclog the rollers at least once or twice during or if I roll over a rug and forget to put it on the eco mode I have to turn it off and restart it for the rollers to activate.

I have always been a Shark fan, all the vacuums i've ever owned have been Sharks. I really like this vacuum and the fact that it can bend to get under low furniture is amazing! The only downside is that I wish the battery lasted longer.

So far I LOVE this vacuum. I prefer that it folds in half when not in use which saves space plus I have had Dyson stick vacuums not be able to stand up on their own. Like some others said, it could be a little more substantive (so hoping that the button you press to have it bend over doesn’t break). I definitely recommend the shark over the Dyson (which I returned since it wasn’t worth the extra $$). I love it that it can disengage from the stick part to just be a hand vacuum. Good suction power so far!

It’s okay. I wanted a corded vacuum but most of the time I’m carrying a baby and a vacuum upstairs at the same time so I opted for cordless. It does the job suction wise but the battery life sucks. It never charges to 100%. It can be charging all night and when I unplug it and turn it on it starts at 70-80%. We have two dogs and two kids so it takes a while for me to vacuum my 3000sqft house and most of the time I have to do the downstairs, charge it then do the upstairs. If this broke tomorrow I wouldn’t purchase it again.

I love it! Perfect for small apartment. Can vacuum carpet. Just run out of battery quick. Maybe good for 2 time vacuum whole place of 1BD, 1BA at max speed

Love this vacuum! Most powerful vacuum I’ve owed. We live in country with lots of dust and sand which does great and picking up dog/cat hair.

Very happy! As a senior with arthritis this vacuum is easy to handle and is lite weight. It picks up nicely and does the job. I would recommend to friends/family.

Solid stick vacuum. Battery life could be longer. Suction is great. Would also be useful to have the ability to hang from the wall.

This vac has been amazing. All the times I thought I was cleaning with my previous vacuum., I was living a lie. My first use with the Stratos and am disgusted by how much it picked up.

Great value, cleans really well. The "sonar" feature that tells you how dirty a particular area is and then increases power to clean better is a fantastically useful feature. Best purchase I have made in some time.

I have had multiple Dyson cordless vacs over the years, and they all break down over time. I went with Shark this time, and I am pleased with the performance.

Excellent product at a perfect price point. The suction is outstanding and the Clean Sense IQ technology is definitely legit. The vacuum will ramp up when I go over heavier debris. It’s actually surpassed my expectations. I was in the market for a new stick and compared this with Dyson which come in at twice the price for equal quality, battery life and overall performance. This machine picks up everything and I can assure you if that as I have two dogs who shed. I highly recommend this product and thank BestBuy for it’s price match guarantee!

Love it on hardwood not as great on my area rug but works well on the carpet as well. Super light and user friendly would absolutely buy it again
