3 dogs, a cat, carpeted stairs and rugs!

We have 1100 sqft in our house, and we vacuum about once per week. Each time, the battery lasts for our whole house, and if we need a touch up, the battery doesnt take long to charge at all! (About 3 hrs to fully charge for us!) Highly recommend for families with pets or long hair, because nothing gets stuck in the vacuum head either! Easy to clean, easy to use, easy to store.

I love how it folds up and woeks well in both caepet and hardwood floor. The light on it is also a nice touvh for the dark harder to reach places!

Great vacuum but…

Hate that the battery that came with it is defective and a replacement is on back order for who knows how long. (The battery does not fully charge.) the vacuum does pick up my dog’s hair extremely well- better than my corded vacuum and the hair doesn’t get entangled in the brush (it’s not actually a brush)

I love that the hair does not get stuck in the rollers. Only downfall is that I wish the battery lasted longer!

My Shark is absolutely amazing

It was easy to assemble, and works great!!! It really works good on all surfaces. Technology has come so far. The IQ sensor is my favorite, not to mention so easy to vacuum under the bed with a push of a button.

We loved our other shark vacuums but sadly only after having this one for a few months, the battery stopped working properly. Goes from 100% charge to dead in about 10 minutes. Even after receiving a replacement battery. Haven't been able to use it in over a year and no one was able to help us with finding a solution so we gave up hope. Feel like I was ripped off, especially for the price point.

Has the strongest suction that I have ever experienced with a cordless. The clean sensory works perfectly, it really revs up when it sucks a tiny piece of rice or cereal. I would recommend 100%

It may be pricey, but it’s worth every penny. The only small issue is that I wish I could get an additional battery since we have a larger home. We have thick shaggy carpet and it works like a charm. I really like the cleaning feature where the indicator focuses on the areas that needs more cleaning. GO GET IT!

We can use it on our carpet, tile, and even the couches. Only downfall is the battery life. If we are vacuuming the carpet it runs it down pretty quickly. We will probly end up purchasing a second battery.
