Great Vacuum replacement

Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase!

It also is much easier to use and lighter. Attaching the different ends is quick and easy. The only wish i have is that they would have included a wall bracket for the extras.

Great on hardwood

Can't be used on carpet or thick area rugs whichbis disappointing. Battery also doesn’t last long enough to cover cleaning large apartments or multi floor homes

Battery power doesn’t last very long. It should came with 2 batteries. We tried to order another one, but they are out of stock!!!!

Secondly, ordered using phone, talked to an agent at nearly their closing time, she took the time to insure that everything was ready for a morning pick up. Thirdly the pickup in the morning was very quick and easy. Lastly this vacuum works great, powerful, versatile and the dust collection system is very friendly. I told my granddaughter about it, she bought one.

I suggest a second battery pack if you have a large home. I purchased the pet hair brush attachment for my sofa. Works great.

Not too bad but…
