I’ve gone through a different model shark and a tineco vacuum within 2 years. I decided to just spurge and buy the best shark has to offer and I’m glad I did. I have a cat and 2 dogs and it sucks every piece of hair up!

Works wonders

Swapped it out for this one and we noticed the performance difference from the start. It's cleaner and holds charge longer. It's can't be compared with the dysons but at this price points it's one of the best vacuums you can buy. Highly recommended

Breaks in multiple ways.

Then over time, the power button stops working and is very finicky. Then the plastic hinge that folds the vacuum to allow it to stand for charging also snapped. This product doesn’t hold up overtime and I would not buy it again.

Great vacuum but not for pet owners

I really enjoy its ability to automatically increase or decrease power depending on what you’re vacuuming. The scent cartridges are a nice touch.

I don’t really think the IQ thing adds any real value to the product. I frequently find myself turning off the IQ stuff by hitting the fan speed buttons.

Okay for people who just vacuum dirt and dust

I have to stop constantly to unclog it or take out whatever it has sucked up that won’t go through. Idk- maybe it’s great for people who never have things like leaves, price tags, or a stray bread bag tie on their floor. It does have powerful suction but it sucks up all kinds of things it can’t handle.
