    Not happy at all with this Shark product. I had previously owned another shark vacuum so it was easy to buy this. Boy was I wrong, worked good for the first 6 months, then started to become increasingly noisy. Eventually it just stopped working, completely dead.

    We’ve had to return the vacuum 3 times because it keeps snapping where it folds up, luckily we have the Best Buy protection plan they keep replacing it
